Took 10 days to ship the order. Had hard to find Gustav brake pads. Good prices.

I believe this site should offer their customers FREE shipping when making orders over $50 or $100. Many sites offer this service to their loyal customers. I would buy more often on this site if we were given that service.

I like the site and the product selection. I found the helmet in the color I wanted at a really good price (price was secondary to the color choice). I also liked the shipping options and that I KNOW which shipper is being used. Maybe others don't care about this, but I do a lot of online shopping and prefer some shippers over others due to updated shipping info online and much faster deliveries in my area.  
 
I had planned to add a specific tool to my order (Campagnolo "Peanut Butter Wrench"), but I did not see it in the Campagnolo tools. No biggie really, that is not a normal request and probably NOT worth the shop stocking it.  
 
I will shop with this company again.

I am most pleased to have a Real Bike Shop here in Escondido. I really don't mind paying to keep an independent anything shop in business for the long haul. But as it turns out Bike Bling has all the good stuff, good people, great pricing and is a go'in operation......that makes it really easy.....Tom Cunningham

This is my second time ordering in the last three weeks. Highly recommend shopping with bikebling.com fast shipping and very good prices. saved about $120.00 over what I would have paid locally for the same items.Awesome place to shop!

Website was very easy to navigate, took minutes to find and purchase my item. Lots of choices for shipping options, I would do business again.

I've not shopped with Bike Bling before today, but so far so good with my first experience. I got a notice that my order had shipped within an hour of placing the order online. Pretty impressed by that.  
 
My only real criticisms so far are minor and relate to the layout of the site. It was a little difficult navigating at first. For instance, there was no easy way to go back to the page I was on when I put something in my cart; if you want more than one quantity of something, you have to do that in the cart rather than the product page like many stores; and when you fill out the ordering info, there is no option to auto-fill the shipping info based on the billing info, which is a nice plus to save from retyping my address, phone number, etc.  
 
All in all, pretty good experience so far.

quick an easy i was looking for a thu axle for my bike found it and checkout was a breeze defiantly buying more stuff.

Great prices, but they have a lack of customer service manpower and a lack of a robust inventory system. It takes them a long time to answer calls, a day or two for them to answer e-mails (questions, price matches, etc.), and there's no way to tell if something's truly in stock or not.  
 
It's been 8 days since I placed my order and I haven't received an UPS tracking # yet. I e-mailed them 3 days ago and Kerry e-mailed me back (with a CC to Brian) saying there was one item in my order that was backordered and due the next day and would e-mail again if there was a problem.  
 
With 1 item backordered out of 3 in a $100+ order (not counting S/H), they could've shipped the rest of the order on time so I could've received it before the weekend or ask me what I wanted to do in regards to the backordered item. The backordered item isn't even something in high demand from what I can tell, an O'Neal Rocker Knee/Shin Guard.

Overall, the Cygolite TridenX is a great and powerful light. I've had the opportunity to also test a Niterider Pro 1200 and found that the more centered mounting on the NR is the ideal setup. When compared side by side, I felt the Cygolite and NR put out essentially the same light intensity at 600 lumens. If the slightly off-center mounting doesn't bother you(in turns, the off centered lighting would wander off my narrow trails), then the Cygolite system cannot be beat. Unfortunately, I will be returning the Cygolite for the NR system. As far as my experience with BikeBling, they are top notch and have had great experience with them as an online retailer of mtb products.

Great site with great prices, shopping for Schwalbe Racing Ralph tires, most sites were either sold out or price was high, BikeBling not only had them in stock but at a super competitive price.
