I bought a Samsung 46" TV. I told the sale associate that it will be a surprised gift for my husband so when it's delievered, not to call us and just come straight, we'll be home. I saw the associate writing this remark down. One day before the delivery date, my husband got a phone call about this TV delivery. My husband knew and I was so frustrated at Best Buy and I call the store right away. I asked for the manager to make complaint but the person that picked up the phone asked me the reason so I was explaining and then she kept apologizing and saying that there is nothing they can do about it. This is from the third party (delievery center) which misread the information. I am not saftified with their service. I will not recommend to anybody that I know. Their service is poor. They pretend that this is not their fault and they blamed to their third party which is under their reputation. It is the worse service I ever had.

I purchase an item from BestBuy and they ship the item the cheapest way which gives me the hotest game to me almost 1 week after it has released. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM BESTBUY.com again and WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM since they choose poor options for the customers.

I m so upset and frustrated from the Bestbuy's customer service to a point that I will never ever go to Bestbuy for the rest of my life.I droped my laptop at San Carlos California Besbuy 1st time on June 20th, 2009 to fix it and till now i haven't received it yet. Nobody knows where is my laptop, not the managers and even not consumer services. I purchased the laptop with an extended warantee. Their warantee, services, promisses SUCKKKKKKK big time. It s been about 4 months since I droped my laptop at the store. Don't ever buy anything from BESTBUy, they will screw you guys and they will never keep their word and promiss. We purchased two computers, a monitor, a printer,anti-virus, as well as Microsoft Home Office from Best Buy. After arriving at home,(80 miles from the store in Sioux Falls, SD, we realized that the salesperson at Best Buy had failed to mention that we needed a 2.0 USB cord to allow us to hook up our computer to our printer. He also told us (incorrectly) that the printer-an Epson Styllus NX110 was wireless-NOT! So, we still can't print and the nearest site to buy the cord is 25 miles away. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the computers and software, but forgot a rather important-albeit small- item. Is this how the store keeps a Geek Squad busy? We called the store and they said they forgot to tell us this-"sorry". We had already spent $1600- I would think they might have told us about a $10 cord- or just made sure they knew enough about the product to tell us we needed this item.
At this point they could have just told us they would mail us a cord at no charge- something. We hope their support services are better.

Well, to start the story out, I needed a new computer and I live in a smaller, kind of rural town. Best Buy is the only half-decent place to get one, so I did so and accrued enough reward points to get an anime DVD I wanted. It was easy to redeem the certificates and I got my item quickly enough. I also used them once again to buy my mom's computer and got enough points for another DVD, and that one was successfully delivered too.
I avoid Best Buy when I can, because they really are overpriced, but I had the certificates burning a hole in my pocket so I really didn't care much if they messed up. It is an act of Congress to get help in the physical store, though. One previous time, I upgraded my BlackBerry and two of their staff couldn't transfer my data after 45 minutes (most during which they chatted with a co-worker who was there on his day off). Bestbuy.com is awful. I ordered a gift card. It took three weeks to get my order. I could of days before the order arrived, I received an e-mail informing me that there was problem with the activation and that the gift card was not activated. I got a large screen 55LH90 and had it delivered, screen was cracked on delivery, definitely not shopping with them again.

Bought a Bissell rug cleaner with chronic problems at Best Buy Tallahassee, FL. Also bought extended warranty that guaranteed "no lemons" The geek squad is unable to fix the machine (nozzles were cleaned last 2 visits) No help from best buy although the machine has 14 months of warranty left.THis is the 5th repair attempt, Best Buy claims 4th. I was emailed yesterday and was told to pick up the machine but when I made the long drive to pick it up tonight it wasn't there. My last trip to best buy!

I bought a large screen Samsung TV, and signed up for the no payment/no interest program. Confirmed the program with both the salesman,and the credit person. Just got the second statement, and there sits a late charge assessment, and finance charge. Credit department says no such program exists. I hate Best Buy now. Will never shop there again. It may be convenient, but this is terrible business practice.

I bought 2 PS3 games when Best Buy lately has "buy 1 get 1 50% off" deal. After I received my order, one game has a dirty and broken case, and the other one has the same situation. Ends up I have to return both of them and paid for $7.00 shipping by myself.

I wanted to get some information on an IPOD touch unit before I went to Best Buy to actually buy one. I call the local several times and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I figured I could call another store if I just needed information at this point. Same experience at 4 other stores. I sent an email through their email customer service system. I got a confirmation that I would hear from them in 3 days. It's been over a week now. WHAT A SAD, PATHETIC, NONCARING COMPANY IS THIS???? And I'm in retail and I can tell you for sure that this COMES FROM THE TOP OF THIS COMPANY. Don't perpetuate bad service. Stay away from the.

I purchased a product thru promo plan. Set up auto-pay to make sure I'm not charged late fees. Well, they are going to get you one way or the other. I have been charged late fees 3 times. BEWARE of the fine print. If your due date happens to land on a Sat. or Sun. it will not be processed until Monday and they charge $29.00 for a late fee. EVEN IF YOUR SET UP ON AUTO-PAY. Go figure. Promo: 12 months free interest!! Yeah, right. Be sure to check your statements for late fees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When my expensive 6 month old Gateway failed I received the most horrible service. They wouldn't believe me, listen to me or write down what was wrong. The computer had to be resubmitted for service three times and was unusable to me for 7 weeks. I wrote a letter to the store manager, to which he did not respond, but when I picked up the computer the Geek squad was not speaking to me. The guy who had helped me before turned away when he saw me and the one who delt with me was nasty, sarcastic at my questions and flat out refused to help me figure out how to upgrade the memory. I will never ever ever buy another computer or anything else from Best Buy ever again.
