I called this thief at home and got a refund in 5 minutes!!"

I needed these parts in a hurry and paid an extra $10.00 for 2/3 day shipping and after 6 days without communication from the seller my order had never been processed. I had to cancel my credit card in to keep them from billing me. I read another review on this site and decided their experience was almost exactly the same. Never again."
"We recently ordered some hardware for our PS2 from Baysoft, as they did have the lowest price we saw online. After one week, we still had not heard anything, nor had we been charged. After 9 days, we were finally charged for the product, but did not receive any e-mail notification, tracking number, or the like. After finally checking around (and seeing the overwhelming bad press), we sent them an e-mail, asking that they provide some sort of indication of where our product was. We received nothing. We found a company phone number on our credit card billing statement, and (surprise, surprise) it was out of service.We immediately called our bank and had the charges reversed and a new card issued. This taught us an important lesson: always research a company before you allow them access to your account info. Had we done so, we would have found this site as well as the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau and a litany of anger and fraud allegations.Baysoft = Ripoff and Buffoons"
"Baysoft Games charged my card about 7 days after I entered my order on their web site.The product I ordered never arrived, and I recieved no response to more than 7 e-mails sent to their support e-mail address.Eventually, I reported the charge to my bank as fraudulent and purchased the product elsewhere."
"Wow, I wish I would have found this site before I bought from these crooks. I purchased a new power supply for my XBox and it was dead within a few days, needless to say I have send them mountains of email and have gotten no reply. Like everyone else, I was dinged on my card immediately and didn't get my purchase until weeks later, even though I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Crooks, scam artists. He is smart, however, as he has registered his domain privately and made sure there is no way to contact him. His name is Mark Haglund of Herndon, VA.Stay away from these crooks, PERIOD!"
"i ordered an Action Replay for the PS2 on March 5, 2008. After a few days I received no response from Baysoftgames.com, through Yahoo shopping, other than that they charged my check card. I looked at my online bank statement and there was a telephone number on the statement where Baysoftgames.com charge was posted. I called the number, it was disconnected. I emailed them, 3 times, no response whatsoever!!!. I emailed Yahoo Shopping, they sent a caned email stating that they will contact the seller to resolve the issue. They were no help. Luckily I called my bank in time and reported the fraud. They returned my money to my bank account. Never use this merchant for any purchases. they will not send your product and they will try to keep your money. The only other reason I can see they did not send it is because the site is up and running, but no one is actually maintaining it. Kinda weird. Still, do not use this merchant!!!!"
"I ordered 2 wii remotes and, as expected, they were not in packages but were new. Although it was not easy keeping up with the status of the order, it came in a timely manner and was just was I expected, maybe better."
"I ordered a Nintendo Game Shark for my son Sept 30, 2007. It arrived defective. I contacted Baysoft customer service via their customer support email. They responded and instructed me to return the product for an "exchange". I returned the item and waited patiently for a replacement, but never received it. I emailed them again. No response. I went to their website and sent emails to every email address they had listed. This continued for months. I had no way to contact them other than email as their website says "We do not currently offer ordering or support by phone." It has been 3 months and I have been jipped out of my original $14.78 plus the approximate $5 it cost in shipping to return the defective merchandise. I would suggest to everyone to never order from this company. "
"I ordered $37+ of gamecube accessories from Baysoftgames.com on 11/1, my card was charged on 11/4. When I still had not received my merchandise on 11/14, I emailed the company asking for my order status. I didn't get any response. On 11/17, I tried emailing them again, no response. I called them and got a recorded message, to way to leave one though. I called and emailed them again on the 19th and the 21st, again no response and one of their numbers was disconnected, the other was just un answered. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they weren't able to get any response out of them either. It is 12/22/07 and I still have not received my merchandise or refund or any kind of communication. Do not give these crooks your money. I have never had this happen to me before, very disappointing."
"I ordered the game Jet Grind Radio from bay soft for 11.99 added up to 15 dollars received an email in less than an hour of ordering claiming the card was charged which made me assume they must be shipping it out same day right? WRONG!! I waited a few days as long as a package should take then checked the email again and found a link to check my order status, clicked it and saw in a nice yellow box (i suppose to make me feel extra screwed) that my order had been canceled which through me for a spin cause unless i am able to use the computer in my sleep i did no such thing and of course then i found this site and all these nice stories that sound eerily familiar to mine. I mean sure it was only fifteen bucks but im just so burned at being ripped off. i sent an email to yahoos abuse section about the site and even included a link to this page i hope you all do the same. "I ordered a ps2 flip top/swap magic combo from this store and never recieved an email or product from them. I thought, OK Fine, perhaps they never got my order. Well, I had the money order tracked and it turns out that it WAS cashed. So they did get my order, they just never processed it. As for getting a product, it's been a year and I never got my product from them. OR an email for that matter. I guess I just have to count my losses and admit that I was a victim of internet fraud. "

So far, any communication has come by ME emailing them. They sent me an email on Jan 1 asking me to rate their "service" LOL What the Hell? Are these people stupid?? I sent a threatening email about charging back the $65.91 to two of their email accounts. NO response. NONE.So, it seems i'll have to file a chargeback & consider a small claims court case. My God, these days you run into so many scam companies that don't want to fulfill the very basics of customer service. Baysoft is now over 18 days into this order, and nothing delivered to my Po Box. Nothing. I smell a scam!update: All the above is the same as my last post. I am completely at a loss as to how Mark Hadland of Eau Claire, WI can stay in business. Do not order from this company; if you have been ripped off in the past consider filing a small claims lawsuit. In many states it only costs $50 to file. Its worth the effort if it puts this greedy cockroach out of business!!!"
