"I ordered a replacement Apple Powercord from this company on Oct 2. Within the same month it died for no reason. I contacted the email associated with the Paypal confirmation I received and he said he would send me a replacement and also refund my my return shipping. It is now Feb. 23rd and I have no received either a new powercord or refund. I have emailed the company at sales@b2caccessories.com as well as the man named Chris who's email is ilopatopbatteryuk@gmail.com. He has not returned any phone calls or emails. In fact, when I call the company's phone number it says they are out of service. Here are 3 phone numbers I have received for them. The company's number is 86-0755-83275507. Chris's personal cellphone is 86-0134-80987347. Another phone number for the company is 86-0755-83215929. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS OR THEIR CUSTOMERS."
