"AVOID AVOID. Have sent me a battery advertised to fit a certain laptop and it doesn't. Now I can't get in touch with them (no telephone number, no email response), there is no customer service and obviously it creates a suspicion of something more sinister. If you look down the other reviews you will see same problem. OBviously b2c if I have the wrong end of the stick and you want to contact me then please do. Thanks"

"i advise you steer clear of this company, battery did not work when received, then would not answer emails, until i opened a paypal claim, returned item on the promise they would refund, now two weeks later, cannot get anyone to reply again, if you are not bothered about losing your money, then order away otherwise GO ELSWHERE"
