So, I have put my eye on Sera External Bioactive Filtration System 130 with UV which perfectly suits to my biotope needs, besides; I have been well acquainted with Sera\u2019s products for quite long. Additionally, I wanted to find out whether it was possible to order the spare parts for the chosen filtration system: such as (filter media, cartridge, UV lamp etc.) since they were not in the offer of the current online stock. So, in order to figure it out I got in touch with a customer service representative, namely, with Brigitte who kindly explained to me that any spare part for a brand the company is working with within Germany\u2019s market could be ordered for particular needs of a customer and that was what had been done for me. Additionally, I would like to emphasise the consistency in communication with me as a customer. While I was awaiting for the spare parts to be sent to the company but a whole order afterwards to me, the customer service representative on my request, has regularly been in touch with me, responding to every my e-mail letter and informing about every movement of an item, and about how long I would have to wait to have it delivered to me. Moreover, there is an option provided by DPD delivery service enabling a recipient to follow a parcel movement once it has been dispatched so it is possible to plan to be at home when a parcel is due to be delivered. Reliable, sufficient and customer orientated retailer.
