"I ordered an HP 945 digital camera on line-the information given was, if you would like your merchandise expedited, please give us a call. So I called, I ended up buying batteries I may never use, and the person asked if I wanted a small camera bag- I said yes, as I would like to carry this in my purse. I ended up $100 over what I expected, however I asked for my delivery in 3 days, and paid for 3 day shipping, they expressed it in 2 days and did not charge me for the shipping upgrade! I received my merchandise as promised and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I had a bit of a problem talking to a real "live" person but once I did there was no hassle on adding items to the camera order. To help avoid that I started right off by saying my CoolPix 4500 had been stolen and that I still had all the auxiliary equipment (actually my 4500 was being repaired under an extended warranty and the ship back date was after I would need the camera for a vacation). The price for a new in-the-box with all accessories camera was $309, but it was not made for the USA market and had no factory warranty. I planned to buy a Mack five year warranty from B&H for $49 (They seem to have the best Mack prices). I paid $20 for fast three day shipping to avoid any back order excuse, and got the camera in two days, as described above."

They had to mail me a replacement video cam as the first one came opened. but they did it in a very rapid manner (2 day Fedex) and got it to me in time for my actual need date. i believe they handled me fairly. after reading other reviews i do want to clarify that i too had the same exact experience with the fast talking salesman, the email that states to call before shipping, the mystery battery/charger needed when the camera already comes with one and the store was closed for a JEwish holiday exactly when i received my first 'opened' camera box, so i was unable to talk to a human and i did watch my video cam change prices daily on their website. yes, i had all this happen as well and thought i had been 'taken'. AND i didnt know about this rating website until AFTER my purchase which made me feel even worse.... the battery/charger deal is actually not explained properly. this is the USA version that they are shipping, not the European version they advertise to lure you in to their site. but my video cam was still cheaper than any competition (at this time). so i too was worried about being charged for a re-ship and what i would really receive. but i played it cool, didnt yell and i feel as tho i was treated fairly in the end....just not up front. hope this helps."

"I bought a Canon Powershot A80, ordered it on Saturday night, and received it on Tuesday morning. They offered me the best price and package for this camera, but after having read some of the other reviews that talked about delivery problems, I was in two minds as to whether to order from them. I'm glad I did - I saved over $100 on the local store price, and received it in just over one working day! I'd definitely recommend this store."
"I ordered the Kodak CX7530 and the dock accessory online. I did recieve the "contact us" email. I called and confirmed the order. The respresentative did inquiry as to other possible accessories which I politely declined, and he did mention another "bundle deal" which sounded good, however, I also decline. He confirmed the total price, which was actually a couple shipping dollars cheaper than the website and wished me a happy holiday. I even called back to reconfirm the price and he was pleasant then also. I received a confirmation email that the order was shipped and received the items 3 days after I placed the order. The experience was hassle free and pleasant, service was good, and I received the merchandise much quicker then I expected. The item is a gift so assuming the merchandise works and they back up their sale, then overall I'd say my experience was very good."
