Over the years I have had repeated compliments on what a wonderful piece it was. A few months ago I broke the clasp closure. I tried multiple local jewelers for repair, all declining the job due to the type of clasp and due to the detailed work on the bracelet. So at the beginning of this month I sent Mr. Byrne an email inquiring if he would repair it. He was prompt in his reply and gave me specific instructions on how to return it. In just 2 short weeks I had my bracelet back - repaired and looking like brand new. The cost of the repair was minimal in consideration of the work involved. The reply was from Ken Byrne and was like speaking to an old friend.
