"Everything was handled as I would expect from an online store. Initial order confirmation, shipping/tracking information and invoice emails. The Bosch washer and dryer were shipped within one week and arrived in under two. I was a bit concerned about having such heavy items shipped (about 120lbs each) but the freight carrier called to arrange delivery and they were rolled right into my apartment - very convenient.

"Great experience! Do understand that when you order the appliance, it could be up to two weeks before it ships out, so allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. I was a little hesitant to order from a company in New York when I live in California, but the price was much better than anything I could find locally and the company didn’t have any negative feedback that I could find. I checked the website and saw they offered price matching. I placed a phone order intending to use their "price match guarantee". At first they said they couldn't match the other website because the other company was not an authorized distributor, but once I added the extended warranty (which they did not push, I asked for), their total price was actually less than the competitor's total. The refrigerator arrived yesterday. There was not a scratch on it. The delivery company also did a good job. I was told by the salesperson that the free shipping would mean it would be delivered to the curb. The shipper actually delivered it to the kitchen, but did not install it. Would definitely purchase from them again!!"
"I ordered 6 appliances from AJ Madison and I am very satisfied with their service. They price matched everything I found cheaper (all online prices too with no questions asked!) and were fairly responsive to my calls. Delivery was on time but the service was not too great but this is not the fault of AJ Madison as they contract to deliver and honestly who does do a good job of it? Overall the price was great and service was great. I'd shop here again.
If I had to improve one thing it would be the responsiveness of the sales reps. Sometimes they don't call you back."

It took AJ a little longer to assemble all the items for shipment than initially promised but I bought a package the included a variety of manufacturers. The cross country shipment went smoothly.
Most importantly, when there was a problem with one of the appliances AJ responded immediately and went to bat for me with the manufacturer, giving me a full refund in a short period of time. The real test of a reseller is its handling ofsticky problems. AJ Madison passed the test with flying colors, as far as I'm concerned. "
