However, this particular unit was on major manufacturer backorder. The customer called our customer service department and requested for this to shipped ASAP. Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction so we arranged for the unit to be expedited and shipped out the same day.Additionally, we advise all our customers that it takes up to 48 hours for all shipments to become trackable. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. ”
"If you enjoy waiting for weeks for an appliance to be shipped, by all means buy from this merchant! If you enjoy receiving UPS tracking numbers from a vendor that are invalid because the order wasn't shipped until days after the electronic notice went to UPS that a package was coming, then buy from this merchant! If you like contacting a vendors customer service via e-mail and NEVER receiving a reply, then you are going to REALLY enjoy this vendor! I read the reviews and bought from this vendor despite being forwarned, and would NEVER LET A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER BUY FROM A.J. MADISON. It just isn't worth the angst that comes with dealing with this unresponsive, screw the customer service outfit!"
