"Very Unhappy with AJ Madison. I just bought a $2500 Miele coffee maker. When it arrived, I unwrapped it and plugged it in. There was no power to the machine. I immediately called customer service and they referred me to the manufacture to get it repaired. SERIOUSLY!! I don't want a brand new defective machine. I would like what I purchased.-A brand new working unit. They will not let me return it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they won't even transfer me. What kind of customer service is that? The website states the following:
“AJ Madison is dedicated to our customer’s 100 percent satisfaction. We are confident that our return policy will ensure your ultimate satisfaction with your appliance purchase.”
I don't think so. Find someone else- NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!! - SC
