"We purchased a cash register from Asavings(amazon) and paid for one day shipping, 4 days go by and have not received a shipping order# or any phone call or anything.. nothing... i called the phone number and talked to Bruce who told me that the website had made a mistake and only collected enough for standard shipping!!!! If i can give them 117.00 more dollars i could receive it within 2 days. I Said i have a receipt showing what i paid for and please send me my product asap.. He then said no and would only be able to send it out standard shipping... I hope someone reads this and never's buy from this company.. That is thee most horrific experience ever... ever..."
"Ordered a $1000 camera with 2 day shipping ($60) and got a $3 lens cleaning kit, after numerous emails and phone call and being told I was a Liar after providing UPS shipping info, item weight and the fact is was ship in a UPS envelope (how does a $1000 DSLR weigh less than a pound and fit in an envelope?!) the company promised to ship the correct item nextday air. When I got the tracking number it was shipped standard ground this was 2 weeks after placing the order and paying for 2 day air. I called and demanded my order be canceled and my card credited the full amount, first they said they would not and I told them I would refuse the order and file a case with my credit card company. After talking to a "manager" they said they would credit my card but only after they did and intercept on the shipment and it was returned to them (Now they treat me like a thief)finely they credited my MasterCard back and it only took 3 weeks.PS I had to tell them about the intercept and explain to them how to do it. Morons!!!!"
"aSavings is bothering a scam seller. I ordered an item from aSavings through newegg. Product turns out to be defective so I have to return it. I messaged them through newegg's order page and by calling their phone number on file, but no one every responds whether by message or phone call for a month. Newegg helps me contact the seller for a refund and finally have it arranged after about 4 weeks. When the item shown delivered by carrier tracking, somehow aSavings still has no update on the refund after over 2 weeks. In the end, it was newegg who assumed the responsibility and issued me the refund."
"I ordered from the website on Wed 9/5 and it is 9/11 still the item says "not yet shipped" I tried to contact via the contact us form on the website, but no one has yet responded. I called customer service arodun 3 PM on Friday, and it was already closed!! Can you believe it in this day and age?I called again on Monday and they said that this will be shipped "SOON". I called at 9:18 again this morning. and the customer service is still closed. They are suppose to open at 9 AM... I do not have good feelings about the order... I wished I had paid a little extra for AMAZON... :-("
