When I clicked to make the purchase I was directed to a page that said \u0022fatal failure\u0022 and nothing else. I sent a email to customer service and got no response. It didn\u0027t matter anyway since I did a quick search on the company and discovered it is a scam. There are several addresses and phone numbers listed online for the company and they don\u0027t all point to the same area. I was lucky in that I got the fatal failure message before entering my payment info. Others were not so fortunate. "Bought an OLD PSP (Go, not vita). Took 3 weeks to arrive. Brand new and no complaints about the product. I do have a problem with their communication though. VERY difficult to get in touch to find out about what was taking my order so long. The stress wasn't worth the savings TBH."
