"I am very disappointed - didn't realize that they take up to 17 days to even ship. Then when the products did arrive, they were of questionable quality. Hello, a little girls dress with bows HOT GLUED on it - and the strings from the hot glue were everywhere!!! Took me ten minutes to remove them. Never ordering from them again! Took a month to get an order that was sub-par at best!"
"I have never had a pleasant shopping experience with Zulily.Customer service responds with same scripted answers.They kept shipping orders to my old address even though I changed my address with them. Would e-mail them before anything ever shipped to tell them you have the wrong address. Customer service would respond ohh we will fix that right away. They of course never did some orders I never received others I paid a total of an extra $30 to get them from the post office making their crappy products not worth any discount they offer.So I switch e-mail address to give them one more chance why I'm a sucker I guess?. Ordered a swing set for our daughter's second birthday, her grandparents wanted to get it for her:. I get an e-mail saying you may have received an e-mail saying your order was canceled don't worry it isn't once we receive it we will ship it right to you:. I e-mail them asking them why I got this e-mail and if everything was ok with my order and if we would be receiving the swing set!.Got a response yes it is just fine it is in stock and available to ship on the 8th,. Today is the 8th just got an e-mail saying your order has been canceled we don't have it in stock sorry for the inconvenience". Seriously!!! So my daughters birthday is Monday I had to scramble to find the same swing set to get herald fast/.Thank god for Amazon shipped for free in two days and about $60 cheaper:.Stay far far away from zulily you will be disappointed every single time."
"It's been two weeks since i placed the order. Zulily states on their website that the reason why they take forever to ship anything is because they get everything from their vendors AND then ship it to you, which is not the case at all. The first item was undeliverable because it was damaged. Not sure if UPS is to blame, or their claim that they actually inspect all items is false. One item is due to be delivered in a day, and the third item is no where to be found, and still hasn't even processed. After emails back and forth with no real answers I called them and requested the vendor information for the broken item so I wouldn't have to waste more time waiting to hear if they will send a replacement for sure or just refund my money, but the customer service rep would only tell me the vendor name (which I could clearly see on my bill) and no actual phone number. Zulily will ding your credit card as soon as you place the order, yet not stand behind their products. Never will i ever do business with such a shoddy company again."
"Ordered a few items, they said it was shipped through UPS then I see in the tracking that it was given to the USPS, why? Because it is the cheapest way to ship. It's been over a month and I had to cancel my order. They claim the money will be back in 3-5 business days, we'll see, not to confident about that happening. I will NEVER buy from Zulily again.****UPDATE**** One item came the rest didn't tried to ship it back but they told me to keep it. I wish I could buy from them when they resolve their shipping issues maybe."
"BUYER BEWARE. It is possible to find a good buy at Zulily, but.... Any website selling NON-RETURNABLE items has to get extra credit for getting away with a giant scam. Their reasoning why they don't stock anything just means they MAKE EVEN MORE MONEY by NOT SPENDING MONEY leasing a warehouse. Merchants lose money when they have to take back an item. They must pay employees to handle the returns. Also, before buying anything from Zulily find the company who made the item using BING or GOOGLE, and check the price elsewhere. You may just find it for less, and free shipping, too. "
"I received an order from Zuiliy that contained 2 dresses. Unfortunately, one of the dresses was missing its sash. I emailed customer service and receive a prompt reply. Not only did they send me a new dress (with sash), they let me keep the dress I'd already received (sans sash) as well as gave me store credit. I was more than happy with the way this issue was resolved and will continue to shop from this site."
"I ordered my item over 2 weeks ago and I recieved a message today that one of the items on my order was cancled. This is the second time this has happened to me after ordering from their company. The last time was right before christmas and now I have to go find another gift last minute. I will not be ordering from them again unless it's no big deal if I will recieve the item or not."
"I discovered Zulily back in October and it was love at first shop! Since then I have placed over 40 orders. The first several orders were great! But now I am finding the items are of less quality than stated. Especially the shoes! I ordered a pair of Bjorns that look like ones I normally purchase at Marshall's for 40$ a pair. These I paid 32& for but they look cheap and fit smaller than the other 3 pairs I purchased fr Marshall's. I recently received a pair of sandals for my Grandaughter that supposedly retailed for 30+$. For the life of me they look like something I could purchase at Walmart for 7.99$! I m currently waiting on several orders from March 4th that haven t even shipped yet! They were supposed to have shipped a week ago! My love has ended for Zulily. The quality of the items has decreased and I feel like the cost has constantly increased as they ve gained in popularity. Not to mention the website constantly crashing as you shop and the slower than slow shipping!"
"I live in Canada and have placed 3 orders with Zulily. The first order was split into two and each was shipped separately, only half the order arrived. The second order is also lost. I hold out little hope of the third order arriving. They did reimburse me for the first order and I am hoping they will do the same for the second order. They need to switch to a different shipping company for their 'international' orders."
"Call credit card to refuse payment!! Not worth it!! No returns!! Cheap clothing. Bought a few dresses for my daughter and the material is the cheapest ever, not soft almost tissue paper feeling, threads coming out all over! Wonder what will happen when I wash them. They also have a size issue! Every company's sizing is a little different. How can u buy something that you can't try on and can't return. I didn't see the no returns thing or I would of never bought anything.. My daughter now has a swimsuit in size 2t that should be 12 months. And hello??? The prices aren't that great, some things but most are retail pricing with no discount. They won't be getting any more of my money. Oh yea and shipping is a joke!!"
"You have to understand how it works. They have deals with different manufacturers, they sell as much as they can during an event, when the event is over they place the order from that manufacturer then everything gets shipped. Depending how much longer an event has when you order is how much longer you can anticipate to wait. Also if an item is popular and gets sold out they cancel it out of your order, but they don't end up charging you for it either. It's not meant as an online store to pick up last minute gifts, it doesn't work that way, though sometimes you can get lucky if the event is almost over and last minute for you is 2 weeks ahead of time. I ordered quite a few things from Zulily. I'm always happy with my purchases. I only buy from events that are ending "today" though. As far as quality goes... you have to check out whoever the manufacturer is. Everything I've ordered was nice super cute and affordable."

"I buy from Zulily all the time. I've had at least 10-12 purchases in the past year. You have to keep in mind this is a company that is an intermediary between buyer and manufacturer and there can be delays. You have to be willing to think ahead, buy ahead and be patient. I love their clothes, my grand daughter is the best dressed kid around. Where else can you buy boutique quality clothes at an affordable price? I had a problem with a delayed shipment once, I bought for Christmas in October, I called them after 6 weeks and asked where the shipment was they explained the delay in receiving from the manufacturer and gave me a 10.00 store credit, which I did use at a later date with no problem. You just have to understand how it works. "
"I ordered 2 dresses from Zulily a couple of weeks ago and have yet to receive my order. I called to see any tracking information and they told me they could not give me a time when they would send it because they have to get it from the company who makes the products. Then they could not give me an any information until it reached Fifty One who is the company in Canada who deals with Zulily orders and they did not know how long it would take to clear customs. I order items from the states all the time, I am not sure what the problem is with this company but I will never order from them again. It seems so unprofessional. Not to mention the customer service representative I spoke to was extremely rude. Do not order anything from this company!"
