"I received a bottle of capsules and about a third of them were open. I contacted them about needing an RMA number and was told it wasn't necessary. Just write on the packing slip the reason for the return. They would send me another bottle with express shipping. It arrived in the same state as the first bottle.
I called and left a message telling them I'd send both bottles back and I wanted a refund. I sent them the confirmation number. And I've sent the the information showing they've received the package. I've called them and email them at least once a month since and haven't received a response nor a refund.
Can't believe I've received this treatment after all the business I've given them. Wish I could give them negative stars instead of just the 1."
"I can hardly believe the nerve of these people! Since they are based in Canada, they take full advantage of the fact that US customers have little recourse to hold them accountable for their bad practices. Neither before nor after ordering did they give any indication that the item was backordered. After a week passed and it became clear that my items would not be shipping anything soon, I requested cancellation and a refund. They completely ignored this request and about a dozen more over the next five weeks. Then last week I got an email from "Gina" saying my order had shipped, acting like all was going according to plan and encouraging me to contact them with any questions! Who knows when or if I'll actually get my order. All I know is that no matter what happens, there is no possibility of ever getting a refund from these people. Unless you love frustrating experiences, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! "
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! They will steal your money and never deliver. They come up with every excuse possible as to why the order has not shipped out. If you follow up with them after, they will completely ignore you. Try calling their 800 number and you'll wait forever until you're forced to leave a voice message that they will never return. They keep you on hold with their annoying ads and pretend that their customers are #1. Great system they have going. Very clever. Wonder how they're still in business. This is coming straight from the source. Way to make yourselves look even more fishy, Zooscape! Clearly, they have knowledge of this site and are making every effort to appear like a great online retailer. So its safe to assume that these "positive reviews" are fabricated by Zooscape. No wonder they have no time to fill orders nor reply back to customers, they're too busy writing fake positive reviews on here and probably on truspilot.com and others as well. Shame on Zooscape "
"The worst site I have ever ordered from. They took my money right away. Verified that the credit card payment would go through and never sent the product. Their website says ( if you go to the help section) that their stuff may be out of stock although unknown to you, and that you will have to wait 2-3 days for your order to get to the warehouse. Then there's shipping. My order hasn't been even been shipped yet and it's well past 3 business days. I e-mailed them 3 separate times asking to cancel my order because just having them fill it has taken too long. I've gotten no response. I called their phone number which was just an answering machine. I left my phone number, my order number and have gotten no response. Terrible company. Very unprofessional. |"

No reply until I emailed again on 12/15/11 and asked if this is a internet fraud? got an out of stock reply. emailed again on 12/16/11 to cancel this order and wanted a refund. "What a horrible company, we placed our order on Dec 1st, waited weeks, and still have not received anything as of Dec 22nd... It took over 20 calls to get a live body on the phone. We emailed the CEO "Cary James Heather" and NEVER received a response. We have had to dispute this transaction with our bank as a result of the lack of customer service. I begin to wonder if this is really a company or just a front!! Horrible customer service, we will NEVER order from them again...

I have yet to receive this shipment even after you stated you shipped it priority mail after waiting weeks for the order to get partially processed.
I will be placing a stop payment on this transaction as soon as I finish writing this email. If/when I do receive this order, I will be promptly returning the merchandise without opening the package. I request you issue me a refund within the next 24 hours. DO NOT ship the Chamomile as stated below.

"Placed an order on 10/11/2011. My item was never shipped. After multiple emails and call attempts made by me, I was finally able to get a hold of someone to cancel my order (which was about a month after I originally placed my order) It is now 12/6/11 and still nothing. I've sent again multiple emails and have left several messages. This is unacceptable. This company is obviously dodging me. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY."

My order came very fast so I was happy, but the deliveryman demolished the box. I called zooscape to return it. I was very pleased to receive no excuses or pass-the-buck-ing and that they would fix it for me. I was only the phone for a couple minutes. Due to their great customer service I will be back to zooscape! "
I've used zooscape.com for more than 2 years. First bought toys from them, then discovered they carry Terravita teas (Note to Whole Foods: Please stock this line!!) Everything I've ever ordered from zooscape.com has been delivered quickly and in perfect condition. This site is totally legitimate and they really take care of their customers!!
