They send you a bunch a bogus tracking information! What a sloppy and amateur outfit these losers are!!

This is more of a complaint with their choice of shippers and failure to resolve issues that their shippers cause, but the issue still rests with ZZF.  
 
I purchased a CPU cooler on a rebate deal from this vendor - FedEx claims that my address doesn't exist. I called them up, got outsourced customer support, who further screwed up my address. FedEx then "delivered" to this incorrect address.  
 
I called ZZF to get this resolved, because after walking around my building and checking with my neighbors, this box was nowhere to be found. ZZF staff told me that it would take 4-6 weeks for them to do anything for me. They won't a. ship out a new part, b. refund my money, or c. cancel the order.  
 
It's now 5 weeks after I paid for my CPU cooler, and had to purchase a new one from NewEgg to complete the build that was being held up by this debacle, and ZZF is still holding on to my money, despite the fact that I've just asked them to cancel the order entirely. What a waste of time, never again.

Well, the way that I first found out about Zip Zoom Fly was by doing a search for the cheapest Windows 7 Professional Full Version that I could find. Zip Zoom Fly was it... $135 for the full version like I was just paying for an upgrade. I was very, very, very skeptical about putting my credit card number in and actually getting it because I had never heard of them before, but boy am I glad I did. I got it, installed it, and even called and asked asked a question about it and got the best customer service that I ever had. I love Zip Zoom Fly and will definitely order from them again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I bought an Asus 1005 computer from them. The power cord went dead. Called the manufacturer who said they'd replace it in 3 days. Two weeks later it arrived. Within three weeks, the second power cord went dead. I've waited three weeks for a replacement!!!! Now they say they're out of stock...I want my money back!!! Zipzoomfly says 'SORRY!!!! It's past 30 days we can't help you even with no consideration for down time! Manufacturer says go to reseller....reseller says go to manufacturer. They want your money and will NOT back up what they sell!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from ZIPZOOMFLY!!!!!

I ordered a 1TB WD Green drive on special. It was a good deal on the drive with a mail-in rebate. The item was shipped quickly and well-packed. The rebate was processed quickly (two weeks from the time I mailed it until it had been processed) through 4myrebate.com with online tracking and email updates.

I was needing to upgrade my power supply and I checked around. ZipZoomFly had the best price for the Cosair TX850W. I've ordered from them before and have always had a good experience with them. So, I placed my order early in the week and by Friday of that week I had a new power supply in my rig. I would recommend ZipZoomFly to anyone and I will continue to do business with them in the future! A*

ZipZoomFly.com is an excellent merchant. Not only was service fast and cheaper compared to it's competitors but it's website is simple and easy to use.

Videocard showed in stock so I placed my order. After a day, order showed a status of packed. Order did not move off of this status for a day. When contacted, ZipZoomFly told me the item was actually out of stock and they have no time frame. Also found out what took them a day to put the charge on my credit card will now take 3-5 days to refund the charges. I have ordered from them in the past and it seems the service I have received in each order has slowly dwindled. It would have been nice for them to notified me of this error on their part. I had to make contact with them to find out exactly what was going on. I will take my business and money elsewhere!!!!

Stay away from this Store. These is nearly GARBAGE place to buy anything. Their shipping is terrible. As soon as an order it placed, they will make sure that you can't cancel it i.e will change it to "Processing" status or "Packed". My laptop order is in PACKED status since last 4 days and How long does it takes to ship packed order? I WILL NEVER EVER LOOK AT THE PLACE THAT HAS "ZIPZOOMFLY" . Try looking somewhere else for your needs as these store has near GARBAGE quality service.

great as always. Free shipping is slow but its free, so if you want it faster than you should pay for the faster shipping

I have purchased items from ZZF for a number of years, without a hitch. Shipping can be slow for those on the east coast, since they seem to have only one distribution center (in California). But if you are in CA, and can swallow the recent sales tax hikes, ZZF is a good place to shop.

what a cluster!!! They charged my card and I paid for 2 day shipping. They didn't acknowledge the fact they dont have the item in stock.. Email them to cancel my order and then thaey send me a back in stock notification. Stay away from this online retailer!!!!!

I was hesitant at first to order from ZZF after reading the reviews here. But as the item that I was looking for was the cheapest in ZZF (with MIR), I decided that I'll give it a try. Ordered the item Sunday night (10/25) and received it Wednesday (10/28). Now that's what I call quick service and no hassle. I'll definitely order from them again, if the price is right! Thanks ZZF!!!
