"My wife and I found Zin Home on the Internet after we returned from our honeymoon and started furnishing our new home together. We had some questions about availability and pricing for various items- we called and spoke with Adam. Adam was very knowledgeable about the product lines Zin Home carries and was quickly able to answer our questions as well as make helpful suggestions of similar products we had not considered.

We were particularly interested in the Montana table from Four Hands. Adam checked with the manufacturer for availability and called us right back. Very happy with his customer service, we placed the order with Zin Home and the table is now in our dining room. The Zin Home website tracks the progress of each order and sends out automated email updates as your status changes.

Also, Adam continued to be responsive to phone calls and emails after our order was placed and paid- Zin Home's customer service does not suddenly end once they have your money. I believe they are a family business; at least it feels like one.

We give Adam, Zin Home, and the Montana Four Hands table five stars without hesitation!"

"Zin Home offers great and beautiful products. We LOVE our new entertainment stand. Customer service is outstanding, It is great to find a store that offers trendy, quality pieces but with an old school, mom and pop service. We cannot stress enough how great and exceptional customer service is. Adam went above and beyond delivering our new furniture the next day so we can have it by Christmas. "

"Great experience with Zin Home! My wife and I were looking for a pretty specific type of furniture and the collection at Zin matched our style exactly. Once we had a piece picked out, I called the store to find out if it was in stock and to our disappointment, I wasn't. The gentleman one the phone (Adam Seker) took the time to inform me of some other pieces that might match our style and it turns out we ended up buying one of them and are extremely pleased. We didn't have a lot of time to get the item ordered and shipped for Christmas but again Adam came through and was VERY helpfully in setting our expectations.

All-in-all, my wife and if love the selection a Zin and their staff (especially Adam) is top notch! Shipping was very fast and communication was excellent. Will definitely be a repeat customer. "

"Had never ordered furniture online before, and was quite hesitant.
A Google search for the item led me to Zin home.
Price was great, shipping was free.
Still, ordering from NJ based company for delivery in Colorado, having never done business with Zin before made me anxious.
A few phone calls to the company put me at ease.
The owner, Adam, and his brother, made me feel very comfortable that I was doing business with a legitimate, customer serviced based company, that would treat me right.
They did.
Very , very satisfied, AND, I never write reviews."

"It is hard to find a online retailer that has a great product, reasonable priced, good customer service and fast/secure delivery. I am so happy that Zin Home ticked all those boxes with my sectional sofa purchase! Zin returned all my calls promptly with informative answers, sent me all the swatches straight away and delivered the sofa very fast everything. From first phone question, to swatches being sent to delivery all in all took one week! Excellent product and company! I will purchase form them again! "

"We had yet another successful purchase from Zin Home. We purchased a Dresser to match the Nightstands we bought weeks before. The owners were very accommodating, offering to contact another customer in order to switch deliveries times with us, deliver at whatever time worked for us and gave us a great deal. This level of service was above and expectations. Furthermore, they not only delivered the dresser but also put everything back on it (tv, cable box, etc). The experience was seamless. Also, the quality of the furniture was far better than Crate and Barrel, where we used to purchase all our pieces. Highly recommend."
