However, my 3500 dollar refrigerator was damaged in shipment and they indicated that they had no responsibility for that. I am in the midst of battling the shipping company to have them repair or replace the fridge. If you order anything from them, make sure you open it and completely inspect it before you agree to take shipment."
"Zesco has a great selection of products, mostly at good prices.. They are very communicative and helpful when it comes to customer service. Shipping was prompt, but they are WAAAYYYYY OVERPRICED ON SHIPPING!!!!!!! In this day and age of free shipping I would expect them to have more competitive pricing on their shipping.... (especially if I order over $1400 worth of smallwares!!). Shipping cost was over $250 and nothing was particularly large or heavy! Probably won't order from them again because of that."
"I love the ingredient bins, they are just as described. However, the salesman who handled my order was very careless. Didn't contact me when my item shipped. Didn't email me the request for tracking after I called. Delayed the shipping because he put the wrong address on my label. However, he did refund half of the shipping cost after I complained and asked to speak with his manager. Overall, I don't think I'll bother going back the price wasn't worth the hassle and inconvenience."

After I called I was told that the item was back ordered and it would be another week before they could deliver. After waiting another 12 days still no product and never a phone call to let me know that my ordered had been canceled. VERY VERY Frustrating. I understand that these things can happen....but communicate with your customers PLEASE 8 weeks and not one word from you."
