"I got my Zenni glasses a couple days ago.
They seem fine - 2 days of wear with no headaches and good vision.
I will need to get the ear-rims adjusted to fit a little better. The frames are very light (went with the Stainless Steel). They seem very good for $32. I wouldn't expect better on the usual $250 pairs of glasses I get in stores.
They did take 23 days to arrive - for a non-complex order (as opposed to the 14 days + a few extra for complex orders according to the web page). After 18 days, I emailed to inquire about whether they had a tracking number or could estimate arrival, and they said that the glasses would ship the next day from north of San Francisco. Then, upon shipment, I would receive a tracking number (USPS). I did get a tracking number the next day, and 5 days later, the glasses showed up. (The tracking wasn't helpful for me, however, as it was apparently just for delivery confirmation - no updates en route).
I plan to order again for other pairs.
I've worn glasses for over 12 years and know pretty well what size/style frames I like. So, when it came time to order, I spent some time looking in stores and found some styles I liked, and noted the sizes for those styles.
My optometrist told me to have the store next door take my PD (pupillary distance) measurement and add it to the prescription.
I was then armed with what I needed to find a suitable pair. Zenni doesn't have a huge selection, but I did find a suitable pair."
