Growing up my parents couldn't afford to buy me glasses. I spent my high school years sitting at the first desk in the front, and even then couldn't see the board. I learned to take notes just by listening to the teacher and writing as they said it out loud. In College it was different, it wasn't as easy, so I decided to get myself glasses. I shopped around everywhere but couldn't even afford the free frame glasses because the lenses alone were over 300$. So I shopped online and stumbles upon Zenni and never looked back. For the last 7 years I have been buying on average 5 to 6 pairs a year to match my different outfits. My entire family, many coworkers and friends now shop with Zenni. I even gave the website address to every customer that complemented me on my glasses. I am proud to support a website that allowed me to be able to see the world like I never could. Today I have 2 kids, and thanks to Zenni I don't miss a thing, and even with 2 kids, and the salary of a cashier, I can still afford my 5 to 6 pairs a year from Zenni. I went back to the opthamologist to have him re-check my prescription, which I only just got right before I ordered the glasses. He re-checked and said it was correct. I returned the glasses and Zenni said they were made correctly and could have them mailed back to me or refund half. Well, I couldn't wear them so the only option was to get half the money back......Very frustrated since I still have no glasses. I don't understand how they can be right if I can't see through the left eye. My whole family has ordered glasses here before with no problem but this time they were no good at all.
