Ordered on 1/25, recieved on 2/6. Paid 30 dollars for a nice pair. Since they were so inexpensive I went out on a limb and got something different.  
I love them and will order more. I can see great, they are perfect.  
Only complaint was, I only got one email when I placed the order and no email when they were shipped. When I emailed them, they were a little short, saying be paitent. I can deal with that, since the glasses are perfect and they got here so fast.

I was some what skeptical but ordered one pair of $12.95 glasses and was very please I even received them in 10 days. I will use them again and have tols my friends and family.

Zenni has reformed Health Care for eyes! They did me a public service! Designer frames...Additional anti-glare...Lenses as exacting as the glasses provided by my Optometrist; and much better looking! All this for $12! Its raining gumballs!

Happy Zenni customer here! I bought a pair of trendy-ish plastic frames for some single vision glasses. The prescription (new) is right on the money—the best vision I have had to date. I am confident enough with Zenni to now order some progressive lensed glasses.  
 
My pair cost me $22 shipped. They are very nice, but not as A-1 perfect as the $350 glasses from your optometrist., but the differences are not that drastic and you do save a LOT of money. Zenni's $5 anti-glare coating is a little more noticeable than on domestic glasses, and the frames (mine are plastic) aren't as perfectly finished, and lack any lettering or sizing on them, but they are very close and to save this much money ($22 as opposed to $300+), they are very, very livable.  
 
What is important is to learn your sizing and order frames that will fit you. I think too many people ignore that, and simply shop by looks and what is fashionable. Mistake! Learn your sizes and limit your frame options to what fits your face correctly!  
 
I highly recommend taking a chance on Zenni, unless you are very anal about quality. I think you, like me, will be very surprised and my not be supporting over-priced American optometrists and Designer frame makers any more (I really would like to keep my eyeglass dollars in the US—but the prices and markups are just ridiculous!)

I have ordered MANY glasses here- and thrilled every single time with each pair. I have told my entire family and friends about this site. I've been a loyal customer since 2006! I have a very difficult prescription and the only downer is mine takes longer than everyone else's but I saved loads of money!

I purchased my progressive lens glasses on 12-18-2009. I received them today 1-7-2010, it great condition. I am very happy with my new glasses. I will be purchasing all my glasses from Zenni Optical for now on. In addition I will be telling all my family, friends, and co-workers about Zenni Optical. Its the place to find great glasses at an inexpensive price.

The rimless eyeglasses I received were very poorly constructed and did not fit my head, despite the stated measurements. One of the temples was bent. Zenni offered to send me one new temple, which was unacceptable: it's their job to assemble the glasses, not mine. They refused to refund more than half of the purchase price. I will never order from Zenni again.

I bought first time in 2008 from zenni. I felt overwhelmed with the quality. What the heck, I placed total 11 eye glasses in next 5 months. Some had problem because does not sits well on my temples because of thickness of my glasses and strong prescription. But, I would not complain for the price and I have so many good pair to use for less than one glass in USA. I give 5 star ratings to zenniopticals.com

Now you tell me...After getting my glasses from places like Americas Best and Drs. VisionWorks, who advertise that you can get 2 pairs of glasses for under $100.00-my sister tells me about Zenni Optical. I will never get my eyeglasses anywhere else but Zenni. The other places may advertise 2 pairs for under $100.00 but once you get there the extras start adding up and you dont leave there without spending at least $200. My glasses from Zenni came in about 2wks and they are perfect!. I got an eye exam through my health insurance at no cost and my glasses total including shipping was $17.90! I think I'm going to order a pair every month! Zenni Optical is 5 stars all the way!!!

i got some sunglasses from zenni for cheap and they are fine. i will probably use them for all my eyeglass needs in the future. i wish zenni offered the standard CR-39 or trivex lens material though; the chromatic aberration from their standard polycarb is just awful when not looking straight through the center and I think the hi-index choices are even worse.

This was my first order which consisted of 1 pair sig. vision with clip on sun shade,1 pair sig. vision with photogray lenses with flexable arm frames.1 pair with progressive bifocal,photogray lenses,and flexable arm frames.All had anti reflective coating.All for under $152.00!!!A great deal and the best glasses I have had in years!I figure I saved at least $300.00!!I am a customer for life!---Thankyou,Tom Mc

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the Glasses from Zenni. I normally wear contacts all day every day and my glasses were very out dated, after getting a new prescription I didn't want to spend 2 - 3 hundred on something I only wear at night when nobody really sees me. After finding Zenni Optical online and browsing their great selection of frames I ordered two pair. I figured for the price if they weren't great nobody would see me in them anyhow. I recieved them on Monday and have been proudly sporting them. Have not put my contacts in for 4 days. :-) Will definatley by more. I am also impressed with the lenses. I have a -6 prescription and my lenses are usually bottle caps, these lenses are way thinner than the ones I paid and extra $150 at my local not gonna name brick and motar store to be. I think the next pair I order I will pay the very small amount to have them even thinner.

I ordered a pair of distant glasses from zennioptical. I received the glasses yesterday, delivery time 2.5 weeks. The quality of the frames were very poor. They were not the frames that I picked out on their website and it was missing a nose pad. The clip on sunglasses that I purchased was so cheap that they broke when I first clip them on. Luckily I only ordered the one pair as a test to see what I would get. There are three in my family that need glasses, each needing a pair of reading, computer and distance glasses. I have to say their pricing was well within my budget. The prescription was correct.  
I called zennioptical today to see what I needed to do to send them back and was told I would have to pay the shipping and would only get a 50% refund/credit that I could only use in the purchase of a new pair glasses from them. Their reasoning behind this was that the mistake was not there's.

I ordered glasses with the clip on polarized 80% sunshade. The glasses were fine, the clip on was poorly made, the metal clip was attached unevenly onto the polarized lenses. I attempted several times to contact the company and got nowhere. I paid extra for the item, but it is unuseable, due to the metal clip being mounted on one lens unlevel.

Ordered on 30 Spet 09 & received on 19th Oct 09.Overall very happy with the glasses.Will definately order from Zenni in the future.
