Placed an order for rechargeable AA batteries and a charger on a Saturday night. It was filled and shipped out early Monday morning. Received my order by Wednesday. It came with instruction on how to use and maintain batteries for best life.

The right battery, but the wrong connector. I provided a photograph of the connector I needed, and the customer service representative worked with me to identify the correct stock number. Well done, nice people!

Well after searching almost an entire day for a simple flippin' lightbulb... I finally found it with these guys.. who would have thought finding a specific bulb for a MagLite flashlight would take on such marathon proportions... I'm only too happy to pay the shipping fee. BTW for those who don't know this (as I certainly didn't) - there's a difference in what kind of bulb you need with MagLites, depending on how many batteries they have... i.e. a bulb made for a 3 cell MagLite won't work in a 4 cell flashlight... even if they both use C sized batteries... sigh...

Ordered 13 HC1221W batteries. Arrived in good condition a week later, which is good. However, looking at the manufacturing date stamped on the bottom of the batteries, 2 of them were from April 2008 and the rest from April 2009. Hardly "fresh" batteries. One of the 2008 batteries was discharged down to about 4 volts (from 12 volts). Customer Service explained that the date stamped in the bottom of the battery container may not be the date when the battery was actually filled. According to the label on the side of the batteries they were all produced (filled) on 30 July 2009 which makes them about 6 months old. Probably OK.

I've been ordering from ZBattery for several years now and don't buy batteries anywhere else anymore. Their stock is very fresh, the service is fantastic and their phone service people are terrific!

Perfect transaction with Zbattery.com. Placed an order on 9/29/09, order was shipped on 9/30 and delivered to me on 10/2 via priority mail. Price of the batteries were very low and shipping was very low. Next time I need batteries this is where I will order them from.

This is my first order with Z-Battery. I located them with a web search looking for a specific battery. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The price to the products were lower many other on-line stores and shipping cost were reasonable. When I receive the order and test the items I will make additional comments.

I was looking for a cordless phone battery,they had so many. They were listed with a cross- reference setup so I had a couple of ways to look for the exact one I needed. I still had a question so I called,expecting a recording, and talked to a friendly lady named Kathy. She was very knowledgeable and helped a great deal. I was so impressed I went back and bought a battery for my digital camera, inexpensive. I would suggest anyone looking for batteries or similar items should DEFINITELY check out this site.

My experience with Zbattery is very good, fresh, mdse at very easonable prices. Previous order was "problematic" through no fault of ZB. My mistake was shipping via the US postal service. Received what was left of Priority shipping container and contents, in plastic bag, with note from local PO  
stating they were sorry for damage in shipment!!  
The original priority shipping box had tire marks on exterior. True Story!! Last USPS shipment!!

I discovered that it's cheaper to buy a lead-acid battery from ZBattery in Michigan -- and have it shipped to me in Georgia -- than to buy the exact same battery locally! In fact, I saved $16 on one battery, even after paying $10 in shipping. Shipping was prompt and the merchandise was exactly as described. I'm very satisfied with ZBattery.

I've ordered all my batteries from this company for years. They are extremely prompt in fulfillment and they have consistently low prices. I've only had a problem with one order, my mistake in ordering the wrong kind of battery for a UPS, but I was able to contact them via phone on the first try and they exchanged the item that day. Very solid company.
