"I ordered a shirt as a gift for a family memeber. I made the purchase and waited for 2 weeks but did not see it arrived. I went online and checked the order status and ,to my surprise, it said processing. I then asked Zazzle customer service to give me an explanation about such delay. They told me they will fix it and ship my order as fast as possible. Then I requested them for an estimated shipping date. And that when they told me they could not do it because the product is out of stock. Not only that, they gave me a long and complicated instruction on how to get a refund or replace the order. Now that I do not have enough time to find another gift. If I did not request for the estimated shipping date, they would probably made me wait for months until they restock. TERRIBLE SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTING. this would never happen to merchant like AMAZON.com "
"good company. first time user, and maybe a second time. I bought customized shipping and address labels. Prices were competitive in as far as I had looked at others online. I think most e-sellers/commerce sites are offering a discount for your next order. Order was shipped within two days at a good price. I didn't have a big order so maybe they were a little high on total cost, but did offer a discount. "
"IF they actually ship you the product you order, their products are fine. However on two orders (hey I figured I'd give them a second chance) they did not ship me part of my order. On one order for 2 different hats they shipped 2 of the same. On another order they just skipped one of the items. In both cases their email customer service was the absolute WORST case of failure to read & respond appropriately. And in both cases the issue was not resolved for weeks. Buy from them at the peril of your blood pressure."
"I think Zazzle is a great marketing idea. It allows people to set up their own stores then adds that store's product line to the main Zazzle catalog. Best of both worlds for Zazzle and sub-retailer. However, the use of "INVISIBLE OPTIONS" in the order form and the evaluation form are very frustrating. One makes many mistakes before figuring out the invisible code locations."
"Worst damn tshirts I've ever seen!!!! Wait, not all of them. The only one that was remotely acceptable was the embroidered one... I will never use your company again, and steer as many folks away.... The absolute positive thing I cano say is the customer service via phone and email.... BRAVO, standing ovation... Top notch service, truly.... But for what, Total disappointment??? Wow!!! My easy to make "Siksika" across the chest(not the neck) shits lettering crooked, oh and ya, it's supposed to be across the chest. Not so great to represent a Native American tribe. The "dream catcher" one resembled a drawing using a melting crayon in the sun, on a 95degree day, utilizing the sidewalk as your drawing surface trying to keep within the lines..Lame!! And as for the "Flame" shirt, remember pong on like Atari or the old computers with only the green screen/lettering with the option of floppy discs; those graphics??? Ya the cool thing about this shirt is its red.. Looks like an etch A sketch design.... I'd send back but that'll cost me more money... Why spend more on these.. As said before, customer service was outstanding.. I wish when speaking over the phone with excitement of this being an amazing experience and the quality to be quality matched the results, wow !!! . Man!!! To BAD.. I appreciate how prompt, I don't appreciate wasting hard earned money on expensive rags. Hope you/your company (not solely the one reading this) makes a change.. I work for what I have!!! This sucks---Use another company!! Not zazzle"
"On March 6th I ordered 2 t-shirts from Zazzle for my son's annual St. Patrick's Day Birthday. As of March 16th (10 days later) the order was still 'Processing'! Needless to say, my son didn't have his annual birthday present / t-shirt! I am very disappointed. I chose Zazzle because they had an ad that said if I ordered my shirt that day (the 6th) I would get it in time for St. Patrick's Day! Frustrating!"
"Found Zazzle through a search engine when looking for baby shower invitations and was delighted to find that they printed matching postage. The product and timeline to get them from CA to MA was fantastic. I highly recommend them. "
"I ordered 12 tshirts on feb 26. March 13 the order was still processing. I called customer service. They had no black tshirts of the style I requested. 4 of the shirts were black representing two different styles all 12 shirts were a woman size medium. I was told they couldn't give me a time when the order would be done because he didn't know when they would have any black shirts. It was an infuriating discussion for me as how can the business function without your basic black, Hanes tshirts for two weeks and have no idea when more were coming! I'd ordered before and received the product on time but two shirts looked like nothing was printed on them. I've requested a refund since my answer was no answer - I'm afraid I can't tell you when this order will be processed. Can you tell me how long it will take once the tshirts are in - I can't answer that question. How long would it take to send me the shirts that aren't black. I don't have an answer to that question. You'd think ordering over a month in advance of a birthday would be safe, but you'd be wrong when dealing with zazzle. I wasn't prepared to risk waiting indefinitely. My refund has been promised in 24-48 hours. We'll see how that one goes m"
"I love quails and Zazzle had a bumper sticker with a mommy quail and her babies following her. I would have loved it if there were also a daddy following them, but was very happy with the one I found. It came very quickly and I was happy with it"
"I bought a poster depicting a lithograph of an historic portrait of a sitting Queen Elizabeth I with the twist that some wag has superimposed a painted image of a black cocker spaniel beneath the Queen's hands. My wife and I love the poster, which consists of a quality vinyl material. The quality of the lithograph is first rate. We are very pleased."
