"I had ordered many things from Zappos and I have so impressed their their customer service and their return policy. They are always eager to help and solve the problem (if there is one). I would highly recommend ordering from them."

"Inwould take Their reviews with a grain of salt. Apparently they don't post reviews that are even mildly critical of them. I reviewed a pair of ahoes and their servic, specifically their returns. They must not have liked it because it was never posted. I wonder how many others they censored?"

"I have bought several pairs of shoes at Zappos and been more than satisfied with there product and service. Although I have had to return several pairs of shoes, it has been no fault of their product, it is just difficult to buy shoes online that fit perfectly. I am wearing a pair of Aldo heels I bought thru Zappos today as I write this. I have also purchased clothes, a purse and some kitchen appliances. My only issue has been with the shipment of Fagor Pressure Cooker Set, upon delivery it was cracked and had broken pieces. That was due to the way it was packaged and of course the delivery company. I know this happens occasionally so I place very little blame on Zappos. Now if it happens again, I will have an issue. In general Zappos has been great and their customer service is AMAZING!!! I love the youthful approach they have taken with the marketing and service. Try Zappos, you will not be dissapointed :)"

"I have ordered many things from Zappos (mostly shoes). I have NEVER been disappointed. The customer service is awesome and so are the products. I recommend Zappos to anyone who is looking for shoes. I have had to return one pair of shoes before that I bought as a gift (the person wanted a different style). The return was quick and friendly. Zappos has got a customer in me for life!"

"So I've bought my last 8 or so pairs of shoes from Zappos.com because they have a great selection with my size usually available. Zappos usually charges more than most stores, but they have free 2-day shipping (free next day for VIPs) and I like their customer service. Most recently I ordered an awesome pair of Asics Onitsuka Tigers (the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn). They were supposed to come with an extra pair of laces, but when I received them I noticed they were already laced up and there wasn't an extra pair. I figured they were returns but i didn't mind since they still looked brand new. So I emailed Zappos to see if i could just get the extra pair of laces. They got back to me and said they don't pride themselves in poor service like that (don't be so hard on yourself) and they were going to send me a whole other pair of shoes that included the extra laces and I could keep the ones I had. They totally reinforced my reasons for buying all my shoes from them. I am a Zappos customer for life!

Update: One day later, I received another email from Zappos.com letting me know that a "glitch in the system" made it impossible for the free pair of shoes to be shipped so the order was cancelled and I will get a refund for $0. This is extremely upsetting because the shoes are still available on the site and to me, making broken promises to a customer is lying. I've updated my rating to reflect how my experience was affected by the recent events."

"Ordered this pair of shoes for my son...
Osiris Kids NYC83 Vulc (Toddler/Youth)- Received the shoes and each shoe was a different size, I ordered size 4's for my 11 year old and in the box we received *1* show in a size 4 and the other shoe a size 3. Very disappointed but kept in mind mistakes happen so I called and was very nice about it as was the rep. I spoke with, He ended up giving us a $15 coupon to come back and the over nighted me a new pair. Annoyed now having to go a few towns away to return them at the local UPS drop off location but it is what it is & We got the new pair the next morning as promised and was very pleaed all in all with how the situation was handled... UNTIL the new pair had the very same problem! ONLY these jerks put a sticker that said size 4 over the one shoe that was a 3 as if I wouldnm't have noticed... Like who does this happen to?! So I called again and was offered another $15 dollar coupon and another pair to be yet again over-nighted. I should have gotten the THIRD, new and hopefully correct damn pair for free not compensated to come back to this place that messed up 2 orderes in a row especially since the first rep. promised me that he would leave a note to make sure it didnt happen again. So now given my money back and having to make yet another trip to return this second pair of shoes I'm less then a pleased customer and will not be returning... We went to the mall and them. The label on those looked very different then on the ones I received so now I'm wondering if they were fakes with all the issues and then differences on the labels?! Thanks! For nothing. "

"I recently ordered a pair of Salamon shoes from Zappos ($155.00). They were kind enough to upgrade to overnight shipping but then I found the exact shoe on Amazon for $30.00 less ($123.00). When I chatted online with a representitve to ask if they price matched, I was informed they don't and then was directed to their discounted site. I didn't want old styles, I just wanted to not return the shoes and wait for my money to be refunded. Perhaps I should have checked around first, but I used to always count on Zappos to have good prices. Now I have to wait for a refund and Zappos is out shipping charges both ways. They have lost me as a customer."

"I just ordered for the first time from Zappos and I will definitely be back! I ordered early saturday morning and recieved the shoes that Monday. Not only that, I realized I ordered the wrong size, so I emailed to ask if they could correct it before they sent it. They didn't even email back, they just sent the correct size! I'm really surprised they only average 6.85 our of 10. NO online retailer would have sent any item that quickly, especially if the order was incorrect in the first place. "
