There was a slight mix-up initially, because Google sent me to the new Zack Electronics website that was actually still under construction, so the order I placed there caused some confusion on the ZE end of things. But I was called directly on the phone, and we got the problem resolved immediately, and I was sent a link to the product on the actual current website, and I finished the order with no problem. The correct parts arrived in a timely fashion, and the only beef I have is a minor one. I paid $7.50 for shipping via USPS First Class mail - not even Priority - and the cost of the postage was printed right on the label on the padded envelope... $1.90. Now, I don\u0027t have a problem, per se, with marking up shipping costs, because someone has to be paid to do the work, and shipping materials aren\u0027t free; but at least add that tag \u0022and handling\u0022 on there to alleviate the \u0027sting.\u0027 :-) I\u0027m just glad to have found a place that stocks somewhat hard-to-find items at reasonable prices. I tried to contact Zack using their chat on the website but got no reply. If they don\u0027t reply to my email I\u0027ll have be forced to have the credit card company reverse the charge and find what I need somewhere else. <br>UPDATE: Although my order was fumbled, Zack made a quick recovery! After I sent my email to Zack at night with my concern, I got an email early the next morning, then a phone call a couple hours later, and another email a couple hours after that with a package tracking number! They even slightly upgraded one of my cables to substitute for a backordered one to get it resolved right away. All items arrived a few days later. I had called ahead though so they knew I was trying to make it. One of the employees ended up staying til 5:30 and meeting me at the door to get me my order, and in the process save me from a wasted trip and an extra 80 mile drive.<br><br>I\u0027ve placed a number of orders and they put up with my changes and hurried needs. I called the company and spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Caroline. I described what I was looking for -- and (although they have not been made in 30 years), Zack had them in stock. I also purchased a spool of 18\/2 brown zip electrical cord. Zack\u0027s prices are low and the quality of their products is high. I would highly recommend that you contact Zack Electronics if you are looking for hard-to-find or current electrical hardware and supplies!!
