The day after I ordered it, I got an email from them saying they were out of CS4 and asked if they could send me CS5 for no additional cost. I was SHOCKED, to say the least. A couple days later, my software arrived. It installed easily and is working beautifully with no hitches. THANK YOU ZTECH!! "ordered a blackwidow ultimate keyboard, some of the keys tweak out and the keyboard is just messed up.. im getting a refund but to send it back it cost me to much money to be able to rebuy the same product.. overall im screwed and wasted all the spare money i had to buy it so... yeh."
