Though the site states that they respond to emails within 24 hours, I've got two requests in with absolutely NO response. Update 5-22-2012. Finally received the items ordered, and received an adequate response for the delays. upgrading to 4 stars for their honesty and their good pricing."

"Still not shipped after two weeks even though it's shown "Order Status: Ready To Ship" since the day after I placed order. They agreed to refund, but haven't got that yet either. Now they won't respond to emails.
Edit 5/7/2012. Seller refunded order and made things right. Great customer service once they got back online due to move."

"Very poor communication. I sent them 3 separate messages asking about my order placed on the 16th and so much for their reply within 24 hours policy! I got Nothing Now my order is showing as processing and it's been 3 days now and it's still under processing! I tried to contact them to find out what's going on but have no luck. It feels very much like a scam to me since they have already charged me and I have no idea what's happening to the order I have placed! Very disappointed!
Update: Finally got an email from the customer service department. Turned out they are in the middle of a warehouse move this week and the entire customer service is offline. But i now at least know that they have finally shipped my item and i shall patiently wait for my new toy :) "

"So far not bad. It has been a week since I ordered and I have not received my product. It is no fault of Yummy Electronics. USPS is just slow and has terrible logistics. I will probably order from them again. Next time with UPS shipping though. Good prices and from what I hear excellent customer support."
