"I ordered a 1 Aaxa Technologies M2 from yugster for about $250 and was surprised to find it is a refurbished item in good condition. Accessories including a custom VGA cable were missing making item completely useless. I contacted yugster via phone, and they promised to ship the missing accessories promptly.
Two weeks are over – I still don’t have it. Yugster service desk is not responding, the voicemail is full and I cannot even return the item as 14 days are over. "

I was told it took so long because it came from the orginal kit kat company not a knock off from china.It was worth waiting for and came with a bonus Kit Kat round clock with gift cards all for under 50.00. Yes I will buy from them again and not panic if it takes three weeks to get.lol"

"I ordered 2 Philips 22" LCD HDTV's from Yugster.com. One was ok and works great, the other was D.O.A. Customer Service was very helpful in providing return shipping label and so forth. Credit was issued in a timely manner. I still order from Yugster.com from time to time, I don't have a problem with them. They have some pretty good deals every now and then."

But then recently I purchased a refurbished 7" Android Tablet. It had a defect and had to be sent to the manufacturer for replacement. Okay, a month later I got it back new from the manufacturer so I figured all is good.
Then I bought a 10" refurbished Android Tablet, soon after the 7", and it arrived D.O.A. I tried to contact Yugster support and only got an email reply with a link to check progress. Days go by and no one responds to the email, so I send another...and another.. Nothing!
Well, two defective electronic products in a row that are not cheap to begin with, and I'm questioning their quality control. But then when you try to get them to respond to your support requests, and you get dead air.
I've just written them today to inform them that, although I had purchased many items in the past, their treatment of good customers is deplorable and that I'll not be buying anything from them ever again!"

I went through their E-mail service to resolve. Followed up with several phone calls, and got nowhere, but the promise to call me back with an answer once they heard back from the vendor. No return phone calls. No return e-mail response. I guess I'm just S#*T out of luck as far as they are concerned. Going to put in a complaint to the BBB. Noticed they have had several complaints with them, already. Buyer beware. Stay away from Yugster! "

Who on earth would want to buy a used vacuum? That was voted one of the top 20 items not to purchase used ( Money Magazine ). They must get the complaint a bunch because their response seemed pretty generic. They'll eventually change their policy after a lawsuit. "
