I do also apologize for your mat not being shipped, the elliptical and the mat are shipped separately but I will verify whether or not it has been shipped and if not, I will have that sent out immediately. reply posted Apr-16-2013 “Alex, This is Joe Alter from Yowza. I am sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. Maybe you can elaborate as to why you want to return it. I see that you give the product, shipping process and customer service all good or very good ratings. Yowza has the exact same return policy of every other fitness company online. Basically we pay for the freight out to you even if you return it. That costs us about $200 per product. Then if you return it, you have to pay for the shipping back to us and you get a full refund for exactly what you paid and we absorb the original cost of freight out to you. So I agree with you that nobody should buy a piece of fitness equipment online from any vendor if they expect to be returning the unit. These machines are 270 lbs. and in big boxes and you are right when you say the process of returning the unit is difficult.”

"I bought a Bonita elliptical in January 2012. I like the workout, but I have been very disappointed in the quality of the machine. Within months, the display on the console started to become unreadable around the edges. Yowza sent me a new one. A couple months later, the resistance motor broke. Yowza sent me a new one (which required a major disassembly and reassembly of the machine with limited instructions). Then the front post which holds up the console and front arms of the machine, cracked at the base. Yowza sent me a new one (this time with no instructions at all). While I appreciate Yowza's willingness to stand behind its product and replace defective parts, this has been too much. Overall, a real disappointment."
