"When I ordered space bags, the screen where payment information is put had a shipping option in a drop down menu style. The default option was $0.00. Since many online stores have free shipping, I didn't think anything about this. But AFTER I placed the order, $14.85 had been added to my order for shipping. So I backed up the screen & took a screen shot, to prove my point. I emailed them right away ... I NEVER got a response to my email. Then I dialed the customer service number listed on my order ... 414-892-7951. Evidently this number is only available on weekdays & I was calling late on Friday. I would have left a message, but the message box was FULL. When I looked at my charge on my bank statement, there was an 800 number listed so I called it. I was told that they don't offer free shipping, but if I would just send them my screen shot they would credit my account. It took me awhile to send it, but when I called about it, I was told that if I had just looked off to the left of the main place where the payment & shipping boxes were, I could have seen where the shipping costs were. First of all, the place where the shipping costs should be is on the main screen & it should NOT say $0.00. If they don't offer FREE shipping, why does the default screen say "$0.00"??? To me this is fraudulent to put $0.00 in the shipping box & then add shipping later. Even with the drop down menu, who in their right mind would choose another option when the default is $0.00? This store has deceptive policies & should NOT be patronized!"
"Ordered MagicMesh screen door online and waited and waited for delivery. Nothing. Sent email and was told on back order but would be shipped within two weeks. Waited again and nothing. Sent another email and was told on back order but would be shipped within two weeks. I think they have no intention on shipping my order. Too bad there isn't a Better Business Bureau for the internet. Should be some way to get these people who charge you credit card and never deliver. Probably because it is not worth ones effort to file law suit for an order below $50. This store is run by a bunch of crooks."
"I too placed an order for the magnetic mesh screens on April 16 or 17 and here it is now May 15. I have sent email asking about the delay and get an autoresponse email saying the product is slated to ship that week. Weeks go by and still no change in my order status. This store is terrible and the service is even worse. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!! Oh and the free E-cards they offer are dumb and very likely to have virus attached to them because the site they link you to is shady at best. HAHA just now I tried to get the live chat to work to see about my order. The times listed are Mon-Fri 9am-4pm CST. They are just what i needed.The price was right.But I paid too much for shipping,especially since it took almost 2 months to get my screens. "Place your order elsewhere. I placed my order on 4/1/12 and I still haven't received it. Last week I was told it was on back order after I called them. They failed to inform me of this beforehand. I was told it would ship out this Monday. I just checked my order status and it still hasn't shipped. I could have bought the magnet screen at Wal-Mart verses putting up with this crap."

"Good price on the 2 products I ordered and I had a nice coupon. Online ordering was very easy. Shipping was delayed 10 days due to backorder on one of the items. The other item apparently was held until both could be shipped together and I was not aware of that. I didn't even realize that I had received both items in one bag until over a month after receiving the first item. They had opened up the box of the one item and shoved the other item way down in it. I had even opened that box and pulled out the product about halfway and did not see the other item. I'm not sure why they didn't just put it in the bag alongside the other boxed item. Anyway, I did receive the items 16 days after ordering and they did communicate with me by email about the issue. The first communication was 5 days after ordering the items. The second communication was the following day and they stated that the items would be shipped separately since one of them was backordered. Not a perfect experience but ok in the end, although I haven't tested out either product so the quality of them remains to be seen."
"This place is horrible. I ordered merchandise in march and it is may 6th and I still have not received merchandise. They have however charged my credit card. Any other company that I order from online does not charge until the item ships. Every time I contact the company, I am told it will ship this week, but I am told that every week. I will never order from them again."
"They took my money on March 28th. I was told the product was shipping, then it would ship next week, then the 3rd week in April, then by the end of the week last week. I asked for a refund 7 days ago, got the auto response that someone would be in touch in 1-3 days, and still no one has contacted me. I just sent another message asking to either ship my product or give me back my money by Monday because other stores have the product in stock and I could have had it a month ago. I am one angry customer right now. Is it even legal to take money for a product you do not even have in stock? Most companies wait till they have it in stock to charge you."
