posted May-10-2012 “I apologize that you received the wrong length of cable. After investigating it appears we received some 23 foot 2 inch cables along with 25 foot cables with our last order for this item. I have removed the 23 foot cables from our inventory so they will no longer be shipped.
I will contact the other 2 customers that might have been affected by this to confirm what length of cable they received.
I have also issued a full refund to this customer and will be sending her a 25 foot cable today free of charge.”
