"Aislebuyaisle.com is apparently connected to the same frauds that also runs youruplink and D-Compute.com! I am a wholesaler and I depended on these people to ship products to my customers for me! Made about over 50 phone calls and over numerous emails with never no response from etheir one! Phone recording would always say all representitives are busy consumeing other customers. If you are a wholeseller do not beleave when they say We'll ship products to your customers for you! I do not want gamefanfanatic.com to be made out as bad guy number 2 on the web. I have had some successful sales sence my site has opened and now thanks to these people I gonna have 3 negative reviews stamped on to my site thanks to their TOTAL THIEVERY!
I had to refund 3 unhappy customers! And yes I refunded their money cause I wont take anyone's money and run with it! Anyone want an honest company to order from! Try www.gamefanfanatic.com atleast we try and make sure our customers get there products and not steal from them and run like these frauds! Again if you are a wholeseller and run an at home business do not depend on these fraudulent motherfuckers to delever products to your customers for you. They are a waste of time, money and breathe! If their is a such thing as internet jail bars these people need to be behind them!

"I wish I would have found this site before I ordered from this company. What a rip off. I placed on order for a product I never received and have been trying to get a refund for months. Now their phone numbers have been disconnected and there is no response to e-mail or chat. STAY AWAY!"

Do not order from this company! They charged my credit card for an item listed as "in stock" on their web site, then never shipped. I cancelled the order, and they never refunded my money. Nobody answers the customer service phone or email. No address listed. No refund ever sent. They "Live Chat" representative overseas told me to lie to my credit card about a backorder and request a chargeback dispute, but it was over 60 days, and the credit card refused. This company is a total rip-off. Beware!!!"

"Don't buy from these people. Ordered on 20th April, money taken on 5th May then no replies to emails etc. Eventually got hold of someone via live chat who promised goods would ship on 25th May. Unfortunately all they did on 28th was take out another $1600!!! So that is $3200 paid and no goods, they'll probably take some more money out soon to pay for their lifestyles, how can they sleep at night. We are a small company who have disgruntled customers and a big hole in our cash flow."

"Don't purchase anything from this company. I canceled my order but didn't get my money back. Sent several e-mails and even talked to a live rep - who LIED to me saying that they processed my refund. I have to call my bank to file a claim and fill out paper work to reverse the charge. And yeah, this company charges you even if your order doesn't ship yet. So if you want to go through everything that I had, go right ahead, buy from this "company". Terrible, just terrible. And yeah, they also had a different company name before - "D-Compute" or something, that had pathetic reviews and I believe they have to close... For me, this is the WORST company on the web .. I don't how they get away with this .... "

"The worst experience so far. Charged twice for the same item that was never shipped, and was never in stock. Customer service kept telling me that it was about to be shipped. Finally cancelled the order, and spent weeks trying (unsuccessfully) to get my money back. In the end brought the matter to my credit card. I think it is still pending. Avoid the place for your own sake."

"This seller is a fraud. They do not respond to inquiries via email. Their telephone goes to voicemail and that voicemail is full. Avoid this company even if they offer items for free!"

"Ordered item when it was out of stock, which I am fine with. The item was out of stock everywhere else and I was assured a shipment was coming within two weeks. This went on for two months after I had been billed. I finally had the order canceled and ordered from somewhere else. Unfortunately, my refund had never come for my now canceled order. Calling this establishment is a joke, the line leads to a full voicemail box. I was lied to repeatedly on when my refund would be processed and finally had to use MasterCard Fraud Protection to get my money back. This company is a joke! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!"

"avoid them thats all i have to say.

their website stock isnt updated very often so you could buy something thinking its in and then its not in.
they do NOT notify you of this so you have to find out on your own
when i called them on this they put me on hold and came back and LIED to me again. saying. "they are on the truck here already and we should have them 3/8.
well, im not stupid. i call D&H and they dont even have any left. and youruplink.com did not have any shipped to them.
i called them back after the 8th, and they said.. oh yeah they will be here the 13th. (again i know for a fact they wont be as the disti doesnt even have any.
i called back after that and listen to more bullsh|t about when they will be in and i just told them to cancel my order and refund me.

well... over a week later(after i cancelled it) i am still sitting here waiting for my refund.

so today i called and reemed them out and said listen this was a debit card. i get refunds on my debit card usually within 48hrs. so this tells me you buttholes havent even ran the credit.
and i put them on notice that if i didnt receive the credit within 48's i was contacting my bank and doing a charge back. then i was contacting the BBB and filing a fraud complain.

i have never had an online E-tailer do this to me. although i have seen some people complain about some companies doing this. i have not seen it personally.

so my personal warning to you ladies and gent's.

dont buy jack squat from those loosers. they are liars, and keep lieing to you until the very end.


Its now been over a month since my initial order. i have not received my refund and someone within their company illegally took it upon themselves to reorder the item.
the item has not been shipped, the refund was not given and i have been lied to everytime i call them.
i call them every day and each time i am lied to about whats going on.

i can not stress this enough avoid this company like the plague!!"

"This is my second time purchasing from youruplink.com and both times, I had very pleasent experience. The phones were pretty busy and it was hard getting in touch with them by the phone...however the live chat was helpful. I will comeback and shop again."

"Ordered 2/17 and same exp as previous reviewer. YUL shows items in stock when they are not. They had to wait 13 days for the items and then re-ship. During that time I was told 3 times that it would ship “the next day or day after”. After the 3rd time I asked them to ship or cancel. When I called back, the items supposedly had shipped but they had no tracking info. It was hard to believe them, but I waited one more day and it had shipped. Items arrived but I was shorted 3 DVDs. Customer Service did send missing items, and shipped 2nd Day.

Do not use YUL if you need your items on a set schedule. They may have good prices but their process is very slow and Customer Service will keep putting you off, again, and again, and again.

"YourUplink doesn't really indicted they don't have stock, charges your card when the order is placed, keeps bumping the ship date often without email notification, and when you finally cancel th order, they take their time with the refund. Since Christmas, their customer service line never gets answered - it just bumps to a voicemail that is always full. It's been three months since the order was placed for my daughters Christmas present, one month since it was cancelled -- even shows cancelled online, but I'm still trying to get the refund from these turkeys. Although their prices are generally good, it’s no bargain!!!"
