reply posted Jun-09-2013 “We do not promise any customer a delivery date. We do clearly state that instock items ship in 2-3 days. This order was placed on Saturday and shipped on Monday. Our shipping company is very good with delivery transit times. Currently transit times are 3-5 days depending on the destination.
This review is inaccurate. We can expedite any shipment if requested by a customer prior to shipping.”

Younits.com will replace any purchase that is damaged in shipping and/or find a solution that the customer is comfortable with. We apologize for any inconvenience this damage may have caused.”

In this instance we were not able to source the LG PTAC controller and notified the customer with an alternative. Since we were not able to fill the order we issued a full refund.”

reply posted May-15-2013 “This order was shipped to Quebec, Canada from our warehouse in Illinois. The order was placed on Saturday May 8th and shipped out on Wednesday. We ship all orders within 2-3 days and most ship in 1-2. Transit times do vary from 3-5 days and certain parts of the US and Canada take a little longer. We make every attempt to monitor transit times but that is not always in our control. According to the tacking information provided with AIT, our shipper, this shipment cleared customs on the 10th and a delivery appointment is set for the 17th.
We apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused and fully realize that our customers plan around the delivery of their order.
If your project is time sensitive we encourage customers to call and we can generally ship orders out the next business day.
