“We do not promise any customer a delivery date. We do clearly state that instock items ship in 2-3 days. This order was placed on Saturday and shipped on Monday. Our shipping company is very good with delivery transit times. Currently transit times are 3-5 days depending on the destination.

This review is inaccurate. We can expedite any shipment if requested by a customer prior to shipping.”

"The box was crushed like an accordion and crush on corners. However, I was delivered 12 filters not just the one I ordered. The tape on the box didn't even stick to one side. I opened the main box and almost all the filters had been crushed, some a little, some alot. All of the individual boxes had popped open inside the shipping box. I've sent an email to Younits.com and await their response.

Update: Younits.com emailed me that they were sending new filters. I emailed them back that, as I had already said, a couple of the filters were probably fine, and I only ordered 1 not 12, I didn't need any replacement. I hope they understand I already have at least 1 filter that should work.

I changed my rating higher because I actually received more than I ordered and should therefore be happy. I was confused about how I was shipped more than I ordered, but Younits has not made it my problem, so thank you. John"

“We have re-opened this order and are shipping out new filters to the customer. Damages in shipping are not commmon/frequent but unfortunately do sometimes occur. We realize that this is an inconvenience and apologize for this situation.”

“We agree with this statement. The item purchased was an uncased coil that generally does not have much packaging other then the box and the fins are exposed. Younits.com will replace any purchase that is damaged in shipping and/or find a solution that the customer is comfortable with. We apologize for any inconvenience this damage may have caused.”

“Products and models change frequently in the HVAC industry. We maintain our website products and try to communicate changes effectively. In this instance we were not able to source the LG PTAC controller and notified the customer with an alternative. Since we were not able to fill the order we issued a full refund.”

“This order was shipped to Quebec, Canada from our warehouse in Illinois. The order was placed on Saturday May 8th and shipped out on Wednesday. We ship all orders within 2-3 days and most ship in 1-2. Transit times do vary from 3-5 days and certain parts of the US and Canada take a little longer. We make every attempt to monitor transit times but that is not always in our control. According to the tacking information provided with AIT, our shipper, this shipment cleared customs on the 10th and a delivery appointment is set for the 17th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused and fully realize that our customers plan around the delivery of their order.

If your project is time sensitive we encourage customers to call and we can generally ship orders out the next business day.

"My journey with Younits started with a call to them for information on the Fujitsu 12RLS2, talked to Paul. He answered every question i had accurately seemingly off the cuff (all my questions were technical in nature), felt comfortable enough to later order the unit from them. The Fujitsu arrived in a timely fashion and was well protected by the packaging. Did most of the installation myself with the kit i bought with the unit and called in a local HVAC guy to do his thing for the final stuff. There was one minor issue with the remote that Paul took care of promptly and completely. Bottom line... the whole experience buying from Younits was how buying something is supposed to go, but so rare these days. Would not hesitate buying from them again."

"Excellent. Very good price and service. Excellent people to deal with. Their trucking firm surely dropped the ball. Not the fault Younits. Two calls when they would deliver and no show each time. Trucking firms online chat was useless."
