"Update today is 7-16-10 I recieved a phone call saying that they have my replacment battery in stock and they are going to charge them before they send them. These were suppose to be mailed out 1 week ago. WTH!!!In the beginning I was vary happy with Youbatt, I got my order super fast and the battery seemed to work ok. But they slowly stopped holding a charge. I went online and realized that there was a warranty on the battery so I called the phone number on the website. The hours listed are hours I am working so it would be much easier if you could email them. Well I finally got ahold of someone in Apri, they said we are out of stock right now we will mail you some as soon as possible. giving them the benefit of the doubt I waited until the end of june to call back. Then I am told that their system is down. After another call I am told that the battery will be shipped out that friday. Which is today. Through all of this I am dealing with the same person so he should understand what I am saying when I call him. So today I called just to make sure the order was shipped and it was not. Now he tells me that I am being shipped a different battery but it is equal to the KLIK 8000 that I originaly had. He said they will be shipped tomorrow morning. I am writing this review because I am frustrated. He had my telehone number it is on my order so why didn;'t he call me back right away and tell me he was shipping something different and then send them out that day instead of waiting till I call them. I wish that the warranty service was as good as the original service but it is taking me 3 months to get replacements. If they battaries are recieved in a timely manner and they are good quality I will remove this review. Just wanted people to understand what I was going thru in case they are too!!"
"Received very quick service. I ordered two of the same batteries, making sure to order the exact model number on the OEM version. The Sony price direct from Sony or most other internet companies was $39.99 plus shipping.These "knockoffs" are white plainwrap, were a bit higher in mAh (1000 mAh vs. I think 960 for the Sony, which is good, and cost around $30.00 for two, postage included. I had my two daughters charge them and use in their point & shoot cameras. Both charged fine to 4.3v, rated 3.6), shot fine, and held the charge well. All in all, a great company to do business with and the batteries seem perfect."
"This company has driven me crazy. I placed the order three weeks ago and paid with PayPal (Transaction ID #8JG63435E28204722) at the same day. But I have not heard anything from this vendor since then. I tried every way (email or phone) for a few days, but could not catch them at all. Anyway, I will file a dispute and fight to get my money back. Beware of this crook! "
"I am very satisfied with this company. They are honest and friendly. In November I placed an order of batteries and charger for a Christmas present for my son's new camera. I ordered the wrong batteries and charger, which of course wasn't discovered until after Christmas. In spite of the fact that I requested an exchange after their normal policies would allow, they made an exchange which they sent promptly and which I have received. Ten out of ten!! "
"2/17/10 Update: Since then I have received a couple of calls asking me to remove my comment and rating. I guess the bottom line is - ResellerRating seems to really make a difference, at least it did with my dealings with YouBatt. I haven't used the battery I received yet, so I can't comment on product quality - but YouBatt was very responsive once I got ahold of them. Whether ResellerRating influenced this or not is unknown. My only other comment would be that it would be good for YouBatt to start sending order and shipping confirmations (with a way to contact them via email), like many other Internet vendors.1/27/10 Update: To my surprise, YouBatt shipped a battery overnight. The next day they called to see if I had received the battery, I said I did, they asked me to remove this comment and rating, and I said I would attend to my ResellerRatings comment when I get a chance.1/26/10 Update: During the first week in January, YouBatt left me a message to call them. Due to work and vacation, I was not able to call them until 1/26 - Peter called me back that day. He asked if I had received a batttery yet, I said no, he said that it must be lost in the mail (that they have had some trouble with the USPS) and that they would ship me another one, he asked me to remove my complaint on ResellerRatings, and I said I would not do anything until I receive my battery.1/22/10 Update: Within hours after I posted my complaint on ResellerRatings on 12/22, William returned my call and said that the battery I ordered had been shipped but must be lost in the USPS. He said they wouldn't have more batteries until after the holidays, and they would send me one after they received more.12/22/09 Original Complaint: I ordered a battery on 12/3. It is now 12/22, and I have received nothing. I checked on their website and it says it was shipped, but nowhere does it say when. There was no shipping notice email, there is no way of emailing them, noone answers their only contact method (a phone #), and nonone is returning phone messages left. The only thing that has happened on this transaction is that YouBatt.com accepted the payment on 12/3."
"I never got an email that the item was being shipped, but I received the battery I ordered and it works. Other buyers warned that third batteries don't work on the Panasonic ZS3, but their ad said it would and it did."
"I agree with all other reviews. I tried calling them three times and all I get is an answering machine, which doesn't even say the company name to leave a message.I haven't received my ac power adapter for my camcorder and probably never will.Stay away and far away from this company. "
"I ordered a battery charger kit to recharge Kodak KLIC-7001 batteries and 2 Kokak KLIC-7001 Li-Ion Rechargeable digital camera batteries. The order was filled promptly(shipped 7/21/09) and was a generic charger and batteries. I used the charger 3 times, after which it failed to work. I called, left a message. No call back. I finally reached someone 12 days ago and was told a replacement charger would be shipped out next day. I have yet to receive the charger. "
"I received confirmation that the order was processed 1 day after I placed the order, and have had received communication since, despite two emails from me requesting a status report. A phone call to YouBatt's customer service went unanswered without even a voice message, much less the ability to leave a message. For all I know, these guys are out of business. I am praying that they have not taken my credit card and begun the process of wringing it dry...after I finish this email, I intend to call my credit card company to report the event. Like a previous reviewer, this is the first time I have been truly burned...thanks, YouBatt, for the lesson. I only hope it won't end up being an expensive one."
"I absolutely agree with both saarfr and shortchanged. This company should be fined and forcably removed. I mistakenly ordered the wrong model battery for my digital cameral. I tried repeatedly via phone and email to return the product and order the correct model, but never received a response. The customer service link leads to nowhere. If you call, all you get is a recording; doesn't matter which day or time of day. Emails are never responded to. This is a total scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
"After purchasing online for years, this company is my first rip off experience. The batteries ordered are represented to be original brand name batteries like Nikon when in fact they are some knock off battery. Nikon states that the use of this battery will invalidate equipment warranty.Customer service is non-existent. The website listed phone is answered with a recording at all hours-never a person. The recording offers no opportunity to record a message. Finally emails go unanswered. Warning- once the money is paid it is lost forever with this merchant."

While your web site prices are attractive, your customer service is virtually non-existent. Numerous attempts to contact your company via phone, email, and chat line resulted in absolutely no response from any personnel within your company. This is, to say the least, quite disappointing. As a result of your complete disregard of my queries, I began to think that you web site was an Internet scam.
