"Do NOT buy from this company!!! They will rip you off. They sent me a defective product and would not answer ANY of my emails to replace the product. PayPal sent them an email asking them to contact me to replace the product and they ignored that email.
They are a bad company to do busines with. Don't buy from them! "

"I haven't ordered from them because of poor communication. They don't seem willing to answer questions about products they offer but they did delete comments I made about the lack of communications on website. I cant say they are a fraud but it is poor business practice. "

"i ordered a case for my iphone 3GS on the 3rd of January, and i still have not received it, (today is the 27). they refuse to respond to my numerous emails and messages on their website. i will update this if i get my case, but until then i can only assume that this website IS A SCAM."

"I purchased the HTC Windows Mobile smart Touch Cell Phone.I charged the battery set the date and time, then the phone froze.yopool agreed to repair the unit, now I have the phone I set the time and date and the phone freezes.
I have contacted yopool for a full refund......."

"I ordered some iPhone and NDS items from yopool.

I was attracted by the very cheap prices and free shipping, but was unable to find any reviews of them online, so was a bit wary...

I paid by paypal (so no risk of then doing nasty things with my credit card details) just in case, for a total of around $35 USD worth of items.

Items were shipped pretty much immediately from Hong Kong (timely email messages giving order status), and the delivery time was given as 7 to 14 business days. The items actually arrived 10 days after I placed the order - sooner than I was expecting.

All items were shipped, and exactly as described - no problems with any of them.

I did have to get my dremmel out to modify the iPhone dock to take my phone with the case (also ordered), but I had expected that, and I was perfectly willing to do that given the cheap price of the dock.

YoPooL seems to be a small operation given the low order number I was given (in the 400's), and the hand written address label. I hope they stay in business (their web site seems down as I type this review) - I'm very likely to use them again."
