"I also had some issues with this company a while back. I bought a mobo there and it was broken out of box. I went back to try to return it and the person mentioned in the first post refused to exchange it even though I had bought it the day before. It was assumed that I had broken it even though I have built PCs for more than 10 years and I have all the proper equipment/certifications required. I called the manufacturer and they supported the fact that SOME boards of that line were defective out of the box and to tell the retailer to take it back. After a few days of arguing I finally promised to take them to small claims court and that seemed add grease to the problem as I had a new board before I left the store. I have since bought more items there and never had a problem. The technical staff working there is very good and I always get them to POST my mobo before I leave.
I am not 100% sure but I think the person causing the problems initially is not there anymore so things seem to flow better.
I would still recommend shopping there (and no ...I do not work for them..) as they have goo prices and know what you need. Just get them to test your stuff before you leave.
Cheers,
Brent"
