However, on our site at the time of your order it was clearly stated that this particular product had a shipping lead time of 5-10 business days. This time frame would not promise delivery by Christmas Eve. Also, nowhere on our site did it state that this item was in-stock ready for immediate shipment. We also emailed you the following day in response to an email you sent. In this email we also noted the lead time just in case you missed it on our web site.
Again, sorry the order was not delivered in the time frame you had hoped but we made every effort to make sure you were aware of this.”
"Item ended up on back order. Got money sent back vua Paypal the next day. Gave bad review because I never heard from company. After my review they contacted me and informed me they had sent a detailed email regarding why my order was canceled. Found it in my spam folder."
