"NEVER!!! order from this reseller! I should have spent the extra $4 and ordered direct from Rough Country. Would have shipped next day. 10 days after order, still shows as "processing". If I hadn't called them the part would have never shipped. No clue order was "lost". No follow up by them when a 10 day old order still shows as unshipped. Tried EVERY way to blame Rough Country. Sales VP! at Rough Country looked at EVERY order received over 10 days and not a single bit of info existed with my name, address, part etc to show they ever even received it from Extreme Terrain yet they still claim they sent it. Minimal apology from XT but no offer for partial credit, refund, shipping refund or anything. Just an apathetic "sorry" followed by continual blame of everyone but themselves. Order at your own peril. At least call if you haven't received a shipping notice within a few days because they follow up on NOTHING! "
"I was extremely disappointed to open the package and see a "Made In China" tag prominently sewn into each of the two grab handles. Other than that they seem to be OK, haven't had time to install them yet. You really should identify country of origin. Now I have doubts about ordering Rugged Ridge carpet liners... I might have to go with WeatherTech who is American made. I have the same doubt about the entire catalog now."
"I must say I am blown away by their shipping speed. I ordered Friday night knowing they won’t probably send my order until mid next week. Monday got an email saying my order was being processed/approved and coming home Tuesday it was on my door step. Guess it was nice that the item was shipped from Nevada for a California delivery and got the tracking info that evening.
This kind of service makes me happy to go back again for my Jeep Wrangler needs.
I also want to bring up i used a website called CarID.com decent communication but there website stated they have a lot of items in stock. Bought an item with a 2-3 week delivery time and a few days later saying the item wasn’t going to be delivered until late January. It was nice they gave me an option to bay another item or wait. Told them I would wait, then a week after that I received another email stating it will not be shipped until February.
I do understand that manufactures do get behind and that does happen but why does the same item on CarID's website still say instock and ready to ship. I tried to communicate with CarID about the error but it was never fixed even now.
Well once again Extreme Terrain has super fast shipping and I am happy to order from them once again. "
