"Although I know that some people have had problems with these guys,
I had a very good experience. I bought a case on Sunday, it shipped on Tuesday, and arrived on Friday. I bought a very nice case for an excellent price. "

"I ordered an ATI 9600 Radeon, shortly after my order processed I received an e-mail stating that ATI card was indefinitely on back order. The e-mail also offered to send a higher priced Visiontek ATI 9600 card. When I didn't respond they called my number and left a message then by time I got home they called a second time. The Customer Service rep. explained fully, which I hadn't noticed that this was an upgrade to 256MB of memory and if I wanted it I could have it at the original price of the ATI card. As Visiontek is an ATI partner I felt this was a good deal and agreed. Their shipping cost of 5.75 was reasonable considering I have been hit for up to 12.00 for shipping on a similiar size board.I would definitely check their website again before I bought from any other on-line site."

"I ordered a Radeon 9700 Pro. It was very well priced. Unfortunatly, after ordering, I recieved a notice that the product was backordered. (No real time info on the website, I guess.)
But it shipped a few days later and they did not charge my card until it shipped. Nice job there. Many places take 3 days to ship but only 3 minutes to bill your card.
It arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. The 9700 Pro runs like a dream even overclocked a little.
My only complaint is the apparent lack of real-time info on the site, but I would certainly buy from these people again."

"I bought an X-Pider Case, A keyboard, DVD-ROM drive and floppy drive. All the items arrived in good shape. The packing was good, all items had no scratches and worked fine. All in all, it was a good purchasing experience. It took them about 5 business days for my shipment to reach me from the time it was ordered. The shipping was a little high, but otherwise it was a good transaction."
