"IPCW headlight looks awesome on my BMW. Thanks to Xtralights as the company suggested me to go for the headlight of this company. The prices they charge for these lights were reasonable and the quality is also satisfying. Really they are well wishers of their customers as they always recommend the best."

"Xtralighst is a one stop solution where a person can easily fulfill his automotive lighting requirements. I bought new headlights for my Chevy Impala along with LED bulbs. The company provided all these light parts at reasonable rates and not even charge any additional money."

"My car is my proud and to make my proud shine forever, I always keep special care of its lighting components. Xtralights always help me in this task with its light forms as they charge reasonable for all types of lights. Moreover they provide me with quality light forms which always make me travel safe and sound. Their lights are certified with SAE and DOT which is the best part. "I placed an order to Xtralights on May 13, 2013 and as of May 24, 2013 I have yet to receive this order. When I check the shipping status the web site tells me my order is still processing. I decided to call the 888 number on the web site's home page and was instructed to call a 250 number instead. When I called the person answering did not tell me their name or any sort of business appropriate intro to the conversation so I was unaware anyone had even answered the phone at first. This person put me on hold for several minutes before he or another person (not sure) picked up and asked me for my order number, I was then put back on hold for several more minutes. The conclusion was that my order was out of stock, on back order (which is not unreasonable except that I was not told this prior to ordering and not notified via email about the issue)and was given no clear date to look for my package other than "when we receive the order and ship it to you, you should receive it in 2-5 business days". I was also charged for my new headlights within hours of my purchase where most other companies will not charge until they ship your order. I am not happy so far with my experience with Xtralights and will consider this in any future lighting purchases I make online with them.

UPDATE: (6/3/13)Today which is the 3rd time I have called to check on my order I finally asked for a refund. The second time I had called them which was the middle of last week I was told the lights would be arriving to their place of business that day and I would most likely receive them this week. Today I was told they are still on back order......"

"Be very cautious - there is no customer service if you have a problem.
For weeks I have trying to purchase replacement bulbs and they ask for your credit card and never ship. I have all of the emails and it is a lie over another lie.

"Those who are looking for good quality lighting products must visit Xtralights as the company offered me with the suitable headlight for my vehicle. Its quality is superb and design and make perfectly fits to my car model. I fixed it myself with the installation manual available with it. I am satisfied with their products and the quality they provided me."

"I placed an order fora third light on my mustang the light cost me 50 dollars and nowa week later wheni should have had the light already and according to their order tracker is still processing (I've already reieved the order confirmation from xtra lights and payment confirmation from pay pal I called the customer service number which is in british Columbia and after giving the rep my name and order number I was on hold for 20 minutes beforei hung up I will be calling demanding an immediate refund. Dont waste your money"

"I bought HID bulbs from Xtralights for my automobile and searched its information on their website. I found great difficulty in finding the information about these bulbs as website was quite confusing. I contacted customer support service which always used to remain busy and after all hassles, finally made order for HID bulbs. But I will appreciate the company as they provided me with quality lights and made my order reached on time."

"We bought CCFL-Halo Projector Headlights /w LED - Black /w Amber Reflectors (pair)for our vehicle. Upon arrival one of the lights had severed electrical cables, which we had to solder to get it to work. The other light went out after two weeks. We returned the light through an RMA request and had to pay return shipping (which we were prepared for). Upon receipt of the burnt out light Xtralights deemed that the bulb was burned out and that we should have replaced it ourselves. Really? After spending $200 per light and it burns out after 2 weeks. How were we to know that it was the lightbulb? Lights this expensive should not burn out that fast! We now have to pay another return shipping of $20 to get our burned out light back to us. This company sucks. I would not recommend purchasing from them as they have awful products, awful customer service and they don't stand by their warranty. I wish we would have never wasted our $400 on these crappy lights. Go somewhere else and spend your cash this company is not worth it!!!!!!"

"I bought a pair of tail lights for my Ford Ranger from Xtralights. It was good experience as they provided me with quality lights at affordable rates. I compared their prices with other automobile shops and found them to be the one charging minimal for these lights. So it was good feeling of getting lights at such a reduced price."

"I bought HID bulbs for my Honda from Xtralights. According to me company is good at they charged reasonable for these bulbs. Moreover, quality was good and the company provided me with 3 in 1 guarantee under which they give assurance of replacement in case of any damage."

"Those who really appreciate quality, Xtralights is the appropriate for them. I contacted this company for buying a new pair of fog lights for my car which were accidently damaged. I just simply ordered fog light for my car model and they shipped my lights at my doorsteps within few days. The quality of lights were superb and it is been 4 years that I am using them. Hats off to them as they keep their promise, and provide their customers with officially recognized car lights."

"Visit Xtralights if you are looking for a good pair of LED bulbs. I bought them for my car, and now my car dazzle like a sun even in the night time. They charged me quite reasonable for them and even provided guarantee card and warranty of replacement in case of any damage. In my opinion, they are the best sellers of lighting accessories in United States."
