"Have ordered from Xoxide before and received wonderful service and parts. Unfortunately, this last order has gone terribly wrong. Ordered parts again on Feb. 5, 2010. Suppose to take maximum of 1-2 weeks USPS or 5-7 days Fedex. Went on vacation in FL, came back and package still was here. Its now been two weeks. Called customer service but couldnt get anyone on phone. Emailed, same thing. Waited a few more days, called CS again and got someone on the line. At this point, they still hadn't shipped it. Didn't have a track no. assigned either. They jumped right on it and said it would take 3 days to arrive through Fedex. It has arrived at the Fedex facility but will be sitting there for 2 more days now. Called Fedex and they cannot release for a pickup either. Will have had the customer waiting on these parts for over 3 weeks. Next time will have to use a different company that ships UPS, who let you pick it up anytime here.

Parts arrived protected nicely with plenty of foam. Parts work great. No problems at all. Will likely use Xoxide again in the future. Hoping this was a rare incident as orders get misplaced sometimes."

"This is not the first time I have ordered from Xoxide and not the first time I have been dissatisfied. I will refrain from ordering from them again. I will stop posting their for sale deals to the forums I am a member of as well.

This order I ordered a Glacier Dual Led Fan PSU. It was on sale. Their shipping options are not current with most online vendors. They do not offer the option of USPS Priority which would be cheaper, safer and faster than UPS. The package took 9 days to get to my door. I am on the west coast and I order from east coast vendors frequently. No other east coast vendor, in my experience, takes this long to ship to my door. I needed this PSU late last week for a build.

The handling/packing dept at Xoxide is flat out deplorable. All items I have recieved in the last 3 orders from them have been thrown in the bottom of a box and some brown paper has been shoved in the box as a packing material. This material is just shoved down on top of the item that is thrown into one corner of the box. This creates instability in actually carrying the box and it tends to jump out of ones hand when picking it up. How many hands did this parcel jump out of before it almost jumped out of mine? Horrible shipping practice.

The PSU I recieved looks as if it was returned to Xoxide on an RMA. Box is bent and torn on one side, box top mashed in, the PSU was resting in the PSU box bottom with no packaging or wrap, no screws, no manual, no identifying paperwork, nothing but an exposed PSU in a bent box. I am surprised there is a power cord in the box. I am surprised there is no dust in the casing as if it was used previously. I mean this is the worst shipping I have ever seen from a vendor. Ridiculous.

I gave them 3 new orders in the last 1.5 months and gave them time to impress me with every order. This last order is the final straw for me. "

"The order was simple: Two mounting adapters for Koolance waterblocks.

Initially, the order was shipped next day and received after two business days. Unfortunately, both adapters were missing tension springs.
A word of explanation - mounting a waterblock without tensions springs means a very high likelyhood that the CPU will be crushed. That's a bad thing.

After reading the other reviews here, I decided to not even attempt Email contact with this reseller. So, I called them the next day. Their shipping department contact Herman confirmed that none of the adapters in stock had mounting springs. He offered me either a full refund, or asked me to wait about two weeks for the springs to be shipped from Koolance. I chose the latter.

I called back three weeks later to follow up, and was asked to call back later that week. Finally, one month after the original problem was reported, without receiving any responses by the reseller, I called again.

This time I was told that I would receive a call back the next day. I asked Rich at Xoxide if he could check with the warehouse, to verify that the tension springs were included, just in case, but didn't receive an answer whether or not he would do that.

Since Xoxide didn't send an Email or call back, I did the next day: I was told by Rich that a replacement order was sent the previous day, and that I should have received a confirmation Email - which I didn't. Rich went on to say that he was having problems with the automatic Email confirmation system and would have another Email sent.

One day later, I did receive a confirmation Email - that an order shipped that same day. That meant what Rich said wasn't true.

I received the package within two business days, as expected, but there were two problems. Only one adapter was shipped, and it was also missing the tension springs, so I called back again.

Rich in shipping provided two RMA #s to send the incomplete adapter sets back. Rich also gave a different address to send the items back to than was was in the Emailed RMA confirmations. Since Xoxide is near where I live (NJ -> PA), I decided to drop off the package in person at the address that was given over the phone. It turns out that Xoxide planned on moving into that space, but did not yet have a physical presence there. If the package had been shipped to the new address, it would have never been received. Thanks to the technical miracle that is GPS navigation, I wound up hand-delivering the incomplete brackets to the reseller's Malvern Pennsylvania address. This was on November 30th, 2007.

But, only after three calls and a threat to dispute the charges with my credit card company was my credit card refunded - on January 3rd, 2008! Because of the lack of communication, verbal address being wrong, taking over a month to refund my credit card, and the inability to resolve the problem, I would not purchase again from this reseller. Like others here, I had purchased items from Xoxide in the past, and they were fine. I feel that something changed in the company in the last eight months for the worse, and it does not appear to be getting better."

"YES THIS NICE NZXT 5.25 LOOKS GREAT IN MY TOWER AND HOOKING IT UP WAS NICE THE WIREING WAS JUST RIGHT NICE FACE BLUE EASY TO USE AND I HOPE THAT THAY COME OUT WITH NEWER STUFF THIS WEB SITE IS NICE AND GREAT DEALS. SVC IS NO MORE FOR ME BUY THE STUFF FOR YOUR COMPUTER FROM XOXIDE ILL BE BACK TO BUY MORE THANK U SO MUCH MICHAEL T FROM FL."

"Ordered this yesterday. Paid for next day shipping. They shipped UPS Ground. Luckily, they are in a zone that got it to me today but if I wasn't, it would not have gotten to me in time. I emailed them and asked about a shipping refund as the ground shipping charges were only $2.55 if I had placed the order as such.

Their response was, well, it got to you in time so tough luck. If it hadn't, we would have issued you a shipping refund. So it looks like they gamble with your order. They charge you for next day and then knowingly ship it ground. If you get it in time, they make a windfall on the shipping, if not maybe they will refund your shipping charge.

I can't gamble like that. If I pay for next day shipping it is because I really need it next day. I pay extra to guarantee that it will get to me next day not that it will hopefully get to me next day and if not get a refund.

Next order won't be from Xoxide. I don't like dealing with merchants that care so little about their customers.

I am sure the credit card company will agree."

"Xoxide.com....where do I begin.

I ordered the new BigWater 745 CL-W0076 water cooling kit from them alongside their Xoxide X-Purity LCD Edition case. Shipping wasn't as good as other companies like Newegg, simply because I'm located in CA, and so is Newegg, but Xoxide is location in PA. However, I was satisfied because my orders arrived without any damages....or at least until I opened my case.

When I opened the box to examine my new case, I noticed a bunch of small scratches on the exterior and the LCD screen. Then I opened the side of the case to find screws laying around inside and one of the cd covers broken. Surely someone had used this case before me. I then went to the customer support section of thier website, only to find that I would have to pay for the shipping to return the already damaged case to their warehouse in PA, and wait about 10 days for them to refund my money back to my credit card.

Overall, Xoxide.com has a chance of giving someone a used product. This is why I am giving them a low rating."
