Ordered a Thermaltake BigWater 760i from these folks on Friday after they had closed. My old Thermaltake pumped wasn't working. During the course of the weekend I got the pump to work and so no longer needed the new kit.  
 
I called xoxide at 10am SHARP (their opening time) and was told the item had "shipped". Now they were closed the entire time, so I can only assume they have elves working on the weekends.  
 
Now I will have to return the item and pay their 15% "restocking" fee for an unopened box!  
 
Another company scamming the customer for a few bucks! You've been warned.!

Ordered a hard to find Hiper Osiris case from Xoxide.  
 
Price was good and decent reviews - so though I usa use other online seller pretty 100% of the time but they did not have it in stock - I decided to go with Xoxide.  
 
 
I ordered on a Wednesday very early - hoping it may get out that day - it didn't but no biggie - I read some reviews on here that said to not bother emailing and just call - so I did on Thursday evening - the customer guy was cool and said it went out that day. Excellent I said and then the next morning got the 'sent' message.  
 
I thought I had dodged the bullet and everything would be great but then I got the package - they sent the wrong case - I got the Anubis by the same company.  
 
They are similarly priced and about the same 'level' of quality but it was not what I order and I had had my hopes up. All of the paper work and shipping info said Osiris but I got the Anubis (definitely in the Anubis box - pretty big on the side so I'm sure the got who shipped it didn't look to close).  
 
I thought about calling and leaving a stink but to be honest I really don't feel like - it's a pain I don't want to deal with so I'm acceipting the disappointment and living with it.  
 
This has never happened to me with the other company and the shipping is quicker so I do not think I will use xoxide ever again. Too bad cause I buy a lot of stuff and was hoping I had found an alternate vendor I could trust.

Everything went smoothly. Oddly enough, two separate orders had a smaller shipping charge than one single order, but other than that everything was great. Everything was packaged well and arrived in working order. Will do business with again.

I have pruchased several items from Xoxide and am very pleased with the quality of the merchandise and the delivery time. Will buy from again, also I have already started telling all my geek friends about Xoxide. Paul

I paid for expedited shipping but my order was shipped standard ground instead. Did not receive a refund for the difference, the CSR told me that what I was paying for was "expedited handling" and essentially that if I had paid for ground they would have held the package one day just because. What a crock. Never ordering from there again.

I ordered 3 Yate Loon High Speed 120mm Fans (40dBa, 88CFM). The price was the best I've seen them sold for. They arrived in a timely manner, but did not have much protective packaging, only some loose packing paper surrounding them. They were in perfect condition though, so no harm done. The fans are excellent, and work as advertised. I would order from Xoxide again.

Placed an order, got an immediate confirmation e-mail. Early the next day (3/5) got an e-mail saying it was pending shipment. Nothing since. I e-mailed support 3 times and still no word on whether it shipped or not.  
 
I'll shop elsewhere next time.

I am extremely satisfied with these lights. They really light up the case and the sound reactivity works perfectly. Be warned though, each sound module has a sensitivity control and on off switch that takes up one pci slot so if you don't have any room you will have to figure out how to rig it where you want it. Also, the lights do not come with any mountings of any kind so you will have to figure out how to do that yourself. I used velcro and it works great.

Very Fast Shipment and Excellent Communication. Fans arrived packaged well. Will buy again from them in the future. Everyone needs to support these guys because they service their customer. Check out their Reseller Ratings! Not many companies in the US doing that anymore. Keep up the good work XOxide!

I am pleased with the way this order was taken care of. I did pay extra for 2 day delivery, and it took longer than expected, but we were also in the holiday season, and they did call me and let me know. I thought that was very nice of them to do so.

Ordered 4 LED fans and a Programmable LED Flash 80mm fan. Somehow I got the 4 LED fans, but an 120 Programmable LED Fan. Emailed to sales rep and got a RMA. Order came quickly and is much appreciated. All LED fans or happily working in computer cases. Nothing to be disappointed about.

Xoxide is a great place to buy computer items. I am a system builder and I order fans, cold cathode lights, etc. from them and they always have a good selection, decent pricing, sale specials and reasonable shipping charges. They also process orders quickly and ship right away.
