posted Jul-10-2006 “This system was originally purchased in October of 2005.
Upon delivery of the system we got a call from the customer, saying that the fan is not spinning.
We do test everything before shipping but it is possible that in transit something can get bent or disconnected.
We advised the customer to send the system back to us for repairs.
Customer was notified that we would pay for the shipping both ways and it will not take longer than 1 business week.
Customer agreed, but never shipped the system to us and we did not receive any more phone calls.
Only now, after almost 10 months, we receive this unreasonable rating of our company.
We did everything possible to resolve the issue, spent a lot of time and work trying to get the system working. ”

posted Apr-04-2006 “This is totaly untrue. It is can't be invoice #: 2182074. Our invoice number just 6 digits long. Once we out of stock we send an email about cancelation, but text is totally different from the one at the comment. You probably mix us with somebody else.”
"These guys are wonderful. THere customer support is what has made me stick with them as long as I have known about them, which is about a year and a half. I had a problem with a video card i recently purchased from them, Keep in mind the product was perfectly fine and that it was some installation problems that i had from my end. I emailed and got a reply seriously in less then 10 minutes. I was amazed. If your gonna buy computer parts go with these guys. Another thing is that they offered to send me a splitter which i was short of in my computer for free. Alex .V was the support personel that helped me and he made sure that every thign would be compatible with my machine.
Will continue to buy from these guys."
