"XPCases.com is wonderful! They even took the extra precaution to wait and confirm my order with me before they shipped because the order was so expensive. All items were delivered exactly as ordered. I will certainly be doing more business with this company in the future!"

"This was the third time that I bought from them, and this is also the third time that they give me the wrong tracking number. This is not accident. It is part of their problem. Also, their shipping fee is too expensive to have ground shipping. The second time that I ordered. It took me a week to receive it. They should have better shipping service. The good thing about this company is the service. They respond fast, and they will do what you want if you leave a note for them. The products are in good quality and they do check for me before they ship, and they process fast. I would like to order again."

"I ordered a cathode light kit, custom fan grill, and 2 window appliques. I was emailed order and shipping confirmations with a tracking number. I ordered on a Monday, products arrived on Friday. I would gladly buy from them again. However, anyone buying window appliques, you get one shot to get them positioned right. They tear very easily."

"XPCases offers very many computer mods at very low prices. For example, I bought a cold cathode light kit, with two lights, for about $6.00. If you compare that to other place's $15.00, I think XPCases has the best deals I have ever seen. I was also very satisfied with the customer service, and the speed of delivery. They ship your order the same day, or the next day, depending on when you put in your order. Since I was so satisfied, I have another order on my way, and I think I will be buying from XPCases for a long time."

"Good selection on the website. Decent prices.
They're a bit too causcious with different shipping and billing addresses even for an under $100 order. I guess it's better safe than sorry.

Expensive shipping fee ($15+) for a ground package (under 3 lbs) which took 5+ days to arrive."

"This is a great company. I got a really low price on my Aspire X-Superalien case. Fast email confirmation, fast shipping (ordered on Friday and got the next Wednesday using Fed-Ex Saver). Case arrived in pristine condition. They could have shipped in original box only but put it in an extra box with padding. Excellent from start to finish. I could go on. Absolutely, I would recommend them to my friends, family, and you too!"

"3rd comment: Like other comments I've seen for this company, they said they would help me with my problem if I would redo my evaluation for them and make it positive. I did that and now have great problems with the company. There were so many problems with my order that they told me to pay for the shipping and send my order back and they would refund my money. It has been two months now and they have not given my money back. I was told a decision by management would be made and I would be contacted the next day and it has now been a week or daily emails to them that haven't been returned. Needless to say, my evaluation will again be negative.

2nd comment: I previously had many problems with xpcases.com not responding to my emails about leaving my order pending for almost a week. I did, however, hear from a representative who told informed me about new training and warehouse changing. While a good professional business doesn't make excuses and keeps business efficient even in times of change, they took care of me with customer service after examining my situation. They have great products and prices. I change my vote back to a good one. Thanks XPcases.com!

my order has been pending for 3 days now. i have attempted to contact the company several times. while they claim to answer most questions within two hours, they state that they reply to "all emails within 24 hours of receipt". i have sent emails multiple times each day for the past 3 days and received no reply."
