"This company is a SCAM. They are foreign, and cannot understand English. They do not answer the phone, it is busy ALL the time. They would not answer questions about the products or my order on the online support and disconnected me twice. They sent a defective charger that was rattling when I got it. It took 4 weeks and me threatening to dispute the entire charge for them even respond to me via email. Then the chopper would not even turn the blades with a charged battery. They said they would reimburse me for the returned shipping of the FIRST defective part, but did not.

I have also seen lots of suspicious posts on several boards where they write a great review in broken English, and in complete opposition to all the complaints I have heard.
They are the same company at Raidentech and Nitroplanes. Just DO NOT do business with them.

Notice that their reply came 10 months later.

I only got my money back when I disputed the charge and the company kept playing games. They said they would pay for return shipping, but kept sending me blank RMA shipping labels and arguing they were sending real labels.

I found the OWNER'S NAME and HOME PHONE listing, called him, and threatened contact with California government agencies (they were aware of this company). He immediately refunded the $8 of the $10 he promised to repay for return shipping of the first defective charger.

JUST BECAUSE A COMPANY CALMLY AND PROFESSIONALLY ANSWERS REVIEWS WITH "RESOLUTIONS", DOES NOT MEAN THEY HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS THAT WAY. Buy locally, not at XHELI.

"Worst service ever!!!! Sent me defective merchandise twice and then made me pay for shipping to exchange. Then they sent me used merchandise for the exchange. When I asked them for help with the defective merchandis they gave me this "we only allow 1 exchange per customer". They also lied about testing all helicopters, I found out from 1 of their employees that they do not. Finaly after 2 months of trying to get 1 helicopter working (defective parts) I gave up and asked for my money back. They did not want to give me a refund so I had to get my creditcard company involved and still do not know if they had issued a credit yet. Finally they banned me from their forum so I can not complain and ask for my money back(worried that their customers will see the kind of service that they give). Forum states guest banned from forum -asshole customer. What the heck kind of business are they running. They will soon be out of busuness if they do not change the customer service. Thanks for your time.

"I purchased a Syma 9086 RC helicopter from Xheli.com First time out fo the box the unit didn't work; contacted support and waited 3 days to hear back. Chatted online with a tech rep and was told that because the unit was 1 day out of warrranty there was nothing they could do. Even though I showed them that I had contacted them before the warranty was up but didn't get a reply. Poor customer service; clearly not concerned about service or repeat customers. I will go to Bananna Hobby. Don't buy here it's not worth it."

"About the only place I have found to get some hard to find parts, even though some may be used. If you're wanting to order a full helicopter, you migh as well look somewhere else. They are slow to ship and most of the time don't even know if your order get's put on hold for some reason. They contacted me about my order, and I agreed to shipping changes, however it took me telling them 4 more times via email, chatt, and phone for them to ever take it off hold. Once I got the helicopter, it had several defective parts, and did not fly properly. They still have yet to resolve this issue, and I have come to terms that they don't care and have ignored me. I have contacted them 3 times about the issue, with absolutely no response. They have some issues that can definitely effect the customer negatively, so be aware."

"Poor customer service in my experience. I'm still waiting over a week now for answers to my e-mail questions. You get an auto-response saying "someone will contact you in 1-2 business days", and then never hear from them again. Of course you can always try calling LONG DISTANCE, or use their 'online chat' feature, which does work. The problem is, the agents I 'chatted' to online, couldn't really answer most of my questions on a certain product. Now I know why, this is a chinese run web site. You think you are buying from an American company from the pictures on their web site. Their e-mail response is usually in broken english. I wish I had done my research before ordering from them.
As a previous reviewer stated below, they are the same company at Raidentech and Nitroplanes.
Lesson learned: Do your research before you buy !"

"very happy with service xheli has fast shipping and very good selection of parts. not happy with some of there products i've gotten 2 heli's from them both were out of calibrations one i even had to resolder the tail motor wires it didn't work when it came. Dell "

"Product selection and prices are good. Shipping was fast. However, my helicopter arrived with a connector bar missing. I tried contacting xheli repeatedly and got no response whatsoever. I would estimate that this part costs about 10 cents or less, but I guess thats how much they value me as a customer. I will NEVER purchase from xheli again!"

"I do not have an order number because Xheli never acknowledged my order. They did hit my credit card however for $19.95. Their customer service is atrocious. They are impossible to get on the phone and they don't respond to email. Their chatline is never manned. In short, buying from Xheli is not a pleasant experience.

In fairness, two previous orders were filled quickly and shipped promptly but this current experience is very unsettling.All I want is the sim software I ordered.

"I am very angry and unhappy with this. I sent my defective battery and charger to you on the 10th and I havent gotton it back yet. In fact you guys say that you dont have it. I sent it almost a month ago and I want to know what happened. Its your fault you guys gave me a defective battery/ charger and i demand a new one for free. I have been waiting too long to waste my 100.00$ and not even fly my helicopter."
