Ordering was painless and it even showed up a day earlier than originally stated. The price for the Esky Honey Bee V2 was reasonable, actually being lower than any competitors. Such was not the same when I went to order extra batteries. I was able to find a source for the exact same factory wrapped battery for 1/4 the price and free shipping. I haven't had the need to contact Customer Service, but don't foresee any reason why that would be a problem. I'll be ordering from X-Heli.com again.

great little helicopter fly great inside,I had a little bit of trouble with th helicopter spinning but once the adjustment are done its alright. This helicopter is really tough it fell several time and its still in great shape.

Unfortunately, the item did not work. I think the battery was not charging or failed. So pending how liberal this company is with return policy this may be an expensive failed experience.

They have always provided great prices and great fast service.  
Recently I was looking for a li-po battery charger, and of course X-Heli had exactly what I was looking for and a great price on a great charger. In fact it was so good I bought 2 of them.  
X-Heli has excellent customer service and a huge inventory to take care of your hobby needs.  
They came thru for me again. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

I am very angry and unhappy with this. I sent my defective battery and charger to you on the 10th and I havent gotton it back yet. In fact you guys say that you dont have it. I sent it almost a month ago and I want to know what happened. Its your fault you guys gave me a defective battery/ charger and i demand a new one for free. I have been waiting too long to waste my 100.00$ and not even fly my helicopter.

i bought 3 helicoters so far. i got some parts too. but most of the parts i need. always out of stock. am not so satisfied.

They were good i got the exi 500 plastic adition it had an aluminum head real nice aluminum motor mount, bearing blocks,side frames

I placed the order for a helicopter and parts on a 10/18, a Sunday, and received it 8 days later. I consider that very reasonable, since Xheli is in CA and I'm in RI. Although I had a problem with a previous order, it was eventually resolved to my satisfaction and I believe Xheli was responsive, so I was comfortable placing this order.
