So far,I really like my little heli.The crash kit is very good ideal also,I didn't get one but I wished I did!!Already planing to get a bigger one like the 6 channell models.

Received product by UPS today.Very impressed by the quality of the product all parts were included an very good choice for a back-up.May be better than the copter it's was to replace.Sure will buy more from X-Heli.THANK-YOU.....

Website was easy to navigate and a specific type of item was easy to find.Items that were labeled as 'out of stock' did not give buyer the option of placing a back-order on the items page where you click the box to 'add to cart'.Other than this, communication was good as was the seller.

the order was received on time, this is the 3rd falcon x helicopter i ordered, the balance bar keep coming apart not fixeable, very decilate made, requireing the whole top blade assy to be replace, i asked about parts but never heard from you, ihave two helicopter i can not fly, youstate you stand behin your products, what can you do for me , help

very happy with service xheli has fast shipping and very good selection of parts. not happy with some of there products i've gotten 2 heli's from them both were out of calibrations one i even had to resolder the tail motor wires it didn't work when it came. Dell

Item shipped was what was ordered. Shipping was fast and at a good price. Only draw back was I used both the phone number and the online live chat to try to ask some product questions and was not able to talk to anyone. Even though I could not actually contact anybody I like the website and prices and plan to buy a Heli soon 85% chance from XHELI

My latest purchase from xheli is a disaster.Durring pre flight testing this honeybee CP3 operated fine for about two minutes.It then went to full throttle on its own,stayed there,i had no control and the electronics went up in smoke in my house.After multiple emails and phone calls i have still not experienced the"BEST SERVICE OUT THERE" they "GUARANTEE".All i get is "someone will contact you in 1 to 2 buisness days" and "go to online technical chat" over & over.No one contacts me.The phone is either buisy or i stay on hold after a recording.No one answers.There is nothing to "tech chat" about.The item is defective & destroyed itself.I have explained and requested return for credit to no avail thus far.All customer service emails are returned unrecieved so i send them via sales to foreward.Money is not the issue as much as ethics and morrals are.Perhaps i have not reached the proper department as of yet.My latest email sent this A.M. from connecticut will reach everyone there so i will keep you apprised of the situation as it unfolds.

I really like my heli but i wish there was more detailed instructions in the book for the operation of the controller settings. Over all rating is great especially once i figured out the settings an now can fly the helicopter. thanks for the quality of the helicopter. would recomend to my friends to your site.

xheli is bad business I would like to warn people about them. I purchased two helicopters for xmass they both shipped with bad remotes. The phone rings busy and they dont reply to e-mails until months latter then say its been longer that 30 days not going to help.
