My overall impression of XHeli.com has been both good and bad. I had small issues in the beginning with XHeli customer support agents when trying to change my billing address over the phone. I was told that I would not be able to change my address until the order had been placed, but I wanted to avoid a possible credit card decline due to improper billing address. I ended up emailing them to fix the issue because the customer service representative was unwilling to help. Now that I have my helicopter, I have noticed that it is now what I ordered. I discovered this when my helicopter crashed due to signal interference. The model that I ordered was supposed to be a 2.4GHZ transmitter but instead I found that I received a 72mhz transmitter. I just discovered this today and am not happy about that. I will be contacting the company to resolve this matter. Other than these two issues, my buying experience has been a good one. The online support forum is absolutely awesome and they have been very quick to answer all of my emails.

Product just as expected with good price and fast shipping! They have good price but shipping is kind of expensive. They should accept payments through PayPal.

Ordering was painless and it even showed up a day earlier than originally stated. The price for the Esky Honey Bee V2 was reasonable, actually being lower than any competitors. Such was not the same when I went to order extra batteries. I was able to find a source for the exact same factory wrapped battery for 1/4 the price and free shipping. I haven't had the need to contact Customer Service, but don't foresee any reason why that would be a problem. I'll be ordering from X-Heli.com again.

great little helicopter fly great inside,I had a little bit of trouble with th helicopter spinning but once the adjustment are done its alright. This helicopter is really tough it fell several time and its still in great shape.

Great price, no doubt about it. Xheli was the lowest price on this RC heli, no doubt. The best part is that I didnt have to make any phone call at all, this is what internet shopping is all about. Unfortunately, the item did not work. I think the battery was not charging or failed. So pending how liberal this company is with return policy this may be an expensive failed experience.
