"DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I orded something from them friday may 9th and was sent an email sayin my order was processed and that was the last i have heard. They will not return my phone calls or emails and it has been almost a week. They did not give me a tracking number. I contacted DHL and they have not had anything shipped to me from him. All i have heard is bad things about these guys. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I got screwed out of $90. Dont make the same mistake as I did. Also if you have any info on what i need to do to sue these guys plese contact me."

I started to search the web about ratings for this shop and I was shocked wen I discovered this website! I directly called the credit card company a disputed the Charged amount from my card. If you ordered something lately I would advise you to do the same. Even try to call them but as mentioned earlier, voicemail.

"I Ordered A WII Case From Them On The 7th Of Feb 2008. They Authorized The Money in My Account But Didn't Charge Me After A Couple Days It Dropped Off. I Originally Just Wanted My Shipping Info. But As I Looked At Different Threads, I Decided To Cancel My Order.. But If You Cant Talk To Any One How Can You Cancel Your Order. Even Though It Dropped Off, They Can Still Charge Your Card Upon Shipping And With Them That Could Be Forever So If Your Using A Debit Card And They Ship It And You Don't Have The Funds In There You Will Be Charged An Overdraft Fee.. What I Did Was Canceled My Debit Card And Was Issued A New One... I See All The Post From People Who Haven't Had A Problem And I Find Them To Be As B/S. I Also See Xbox-Modchips.com's Scam Artists On Here Saying It Was Back Ordered And I'm Getting Sick Of The Excuses You Offer A Service Follow Through With It. Its Funny Its Always "IN STOCK" Until Some One Complains To The BBB Then All Of A Sudden Its On "Back Order" So Lets See You Sell Mod Chips But All Of Them On Back Order...So What Do You Do???.....Other Then Take Peoples Money Who Had Faith In Your Buisness"

"Ordered online on the 11th of January. Charge went to my credit card on the 12th, and posted ont he 14th.
Nothing from them about shipping, or when I might expect my product.
I've called and left about 10 messages, no response even once from those.
I've emailed them through support.xbox-modchips.com about 20 times. Not response.
At this point, I consider this to be grade 'A' scam.
---- EDITED ---- After emailing "info@xbox-modchips.com" and "jan@xbox-modchips.com", and creating a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, i finally received an update from these people. It seems my chips are "back ordered" and are expected to ship shortly.
I've asked for my order to be cancelled.. "
