"I don't know if this is the same company or not, but I bought 2 dental whiteners from wow.com and they should expire on 6/3. When I went to redeem them, they told me they were expired. I spoke with a lady and her supervisor told her that they were no longer available. Will not buy from them anymore! Waste of time!!!!!!"
"11/19/08 Ordered a 'gigantic remote control excavator' toy early for my nephews' birthday and Christmas $170 with regular shipping. Got an email saying order received, but never got one with a tracking number, over 8 requests by email and 3 by phone were not returned (other attempts to contact by phone showed a full voice mail box). 01/2009: Now I am trying to cancel my credit card purchase and report these guys to BBB online.DO NOT CONSIDER ORDERING FROM WOWZZERS WOWZERS WOWSER .COM."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I placed an order with them for a Christmas present. I paid for priority shipping. I'm in Canada so with shipping and exchange the amount came to a hefty $181. I received an email from them confirming my order.I sent them numerous emails asking for a tracking number. Never got a reply to any email. Never did receive the items I order either. However, they did charge my credit card for $181. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You might as well throw your money out the window. I have sent them an email asking for a resolution. "October 25, 2008 I ordered a lamp for $99,99 plus $43,25 shipping to The Netherlands. I paid with PayPal at the the time of ordering. Until now (December 9, 2008) I haven't heard nor received anything from Wowzzers, in spite of having emailed them three times.Seems one more "client" is being ripped of by these scumbags."

I placed an order on 11/22/08 and it was supposed to be delivered Priority 2/3 days... i have yet to see my package... they had no problem charging my CC that same night. Trying to get a hold of someone is impossible, not even an email response... all you get is a recording stating that the box is full. I've already contaced Paypal and opened a dispute. thankfully it was only $45.00... NEVER AGAIN!!!"
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! It has been over a month since my order was placed and have not rcvd anything since the initial e-mail. I have sent them 4 e-mails with no response...just got my credit card statement & they charged my card on the date of the order. I am calling my credit card company today to see if I can reverse the charges. Setting aside the loss of over $200, I now need to reorder my Christmas presents and hope they get here on time!Once again - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! "buyer beware!!!i started my order by credit card but canceled because i could not find my card thank god.immediately they e-mailed me with a ten percent discount to change my mind.it did but instead i used pay pal.during eight days of the same status page(processing)i found there is no customer service,no returned e-mail and no answer at their phone number except for a full mailbox message.on the eighth day my order status came up canceled.talk about bad business.i ordered a robot for $200 plus shipping and handling.pay pal gave me my money back."

"Basically the same story everone else is saying. I would not buy from wowzzers. I got what i ordered but it looked used and and was missing parts. I have emailed them at least 5 times and no response. I hope enough people read this. Its obvious this is all true, because wowzzers is not disputing anything here. "placed order, got one email.. order has sat at same status since day one and no one will get back to me via email or phone.. I left multiple messages and sent multiple emails and never heard back from anyone about anything.. well, I did get my order, one week after the order date, not too horrible, but not the 2 day turn around which the site lead me to believe.. furthermore the item was not the one I ordered, but it was comparible I guess... I decided it would be too much trouble to try and take that issue up with them.. so I am just going to keep this one. I would strongly recommend that you don't expect anyone to get in touch with you about your order if you decide you need to order something from wowzzers, and also be wary that they might "change" the order without telling you to other items, which may be of a similar nature.. "I am extremely disappointed. I had to return the merchandize, because it did not work at all and never received any response about it. The company (WowZzers) received the returned product (I have a proof of it), but never responded at all. "
"Don't order from this company! Their web site showed the item in stock but even after paying for priority 2-3 day shipping I didn't get the package for nearly two weeks. When I opened it I found they had substituted an inferior product worth 1/3 the cost of the one I had ordered. They put in a note to tell me they "upgraded" my order. Yeah right! So far I haven't received any reply from them to get an RMA number to return the merchandise. I'll never shop there again."
