The address I used is only deliverable via UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. The post office returned the battery to them since it was undeliverable. I contacted WowParts about the situation and they fixed the problem and even covered the costs of re-shipping the item. I very pleased with their customer service"

"HOLY SMOKES but these guys are AWESOME FAST!! Ordered a much needed USB 2.0 expansion card Thursday 9/30 and it was here the next day via US Mail, Friday 10/1. This despite Amazon saying Delivery estimate was October 6, 2010 - October 14, 2010. I'm sold. I'm shopping here again next time!"
