Upon receiving his order, we immediately sent him an email asking whether he wanted us to process a backorder for the item or to cancel his order. He responded that he wanted the order cancelled, which we did within 90 minutes, including voiding the pre-authorization to his credit card. However, because his bank has a policy that doesn't restore voided pre-authorizations for a period of up to seven days, he posted this inaccurate review, claiming that we did not cancel his order in a timely manner, in spite of being provided the evidence of the cancellation and voiding of the pre-authorization in a series of emails. We implored him to verify this fact with his bank, which he refused to do.”

We sent an email notifying of the temporary backorder, and the item shipped as soon as it became available. Regarding the shipping costs, we provide the exact shipping costs we are charged from FedEx and UPS. We do not mark up shipping costs at all.”
"We placed an order on January 10, 2012, our card was billed and we were notified that we would receive delivery electronically. After 10 days we have not received the product we ordered, nor have we received follow up to our several phone inquiries regarding the order. At this point, without the product in hand or any response from wwbroadcast, we are refuting the charge through our credit card company. I would highly advise against using wwbroadcast for any of your buying needs."
